The photos online looked great. The actual property was pretty rundown. Everything I touched in the room (counter tops, doorways, etc.) were sticky. Worst sofa bed I have ever seen. It was all bent and you could feel the metal through the mattress. The 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar in the lobby was a nice touch. My kids loved that. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The front desk lady upon arrival seemed so unenthused to be there, but overall, all the staff were helpful. Got their jobs done even though they were all pretty blah. The free breakfast was great. All the food was fresh. Potato wedges were perfectly made. Sausages were nice and evenly cooked. Lots of partying teenagers on our floor that kept me up all night. Lucky they didn’t wake up any of my 4 kids. Overall, an average hotel. Not the best. Not the worst.

Location, location, location
Can’t beat the location! Pool and rooms are getting a bit run down but staff is very friendly so that makes up for it. Breakfast is basic but a good start to the day.

My son fell out of bed in the middle of the night and split his chin wide open. When I called, they said nobody could bring anything to the room because there was nobody to watch the front desk. So I quickly ran down to get first aid supplies and there was nothing in there of the sort to sterilize it or no Steri-Strips to seal it the lady offered me an alcohol swab. I asked her if I could look through the first aid kit and grab what I need, but there wasn’t a lot to pick from.

Rooms are renovated, but halls and elevator are very dated. Very slow elevator, only 1 in the middle of the hotel. Power flickered all stay (5 nights) some times no power. Poor air control, do not recommend staying if you have allergies to dander.
