Dog show ladies
We came for the big dog show and this house was perfect to relax in after long and noisy days. Have some dinner and get a good chance to visit. The dogs were able to run free in the nicely fenced in yard

Great neighborhood
The neighborhood is very quiet and well-kept. This house backs up to the highway. It’s actually sufficient background noise if you’re out back playing. The side gate doesn’t lock and not easily adjustable (heavy as heck and I’m pretty strong!), just beware in case you lock yourself out as we did. At the time of our stay for business/work/a few days with our son in the mix, IF you’re just men coming to work, or for a fun concert festival weekend as a college aged guy, this place is great. However if you’re a female, anyone who wants to get ready or have a spot to sit your items in the bedrooms or bathrooms, there aren’t any freezers or tables for such things. The bathrooms do not have adequate space if you need to lay out items (double whammy if you’re someone with kids to get ready or a female). I’ve never had this happen before therefore when I booked I didn’t pay attention to dresses and such. So just an fyi. Snow being shoveled or ice melt on the sloped driveway/deck is a must. It’s an unexpected hazard when it turns to an ice slick. Close to fast food, highways, easy & quick access to her anywhere from Aurora, Denver, Boulder, airport…. Visit Washington Park. It was an unexpected beautiful place, especially in November. The owner/manager is the nicest man. If not for Jeff being so kind and prompt, great communication to assist with a couple hiccups. I appreciate Jeff’s communication.

The unit A was just what we needed. The backyard is very big. Which was great for us. Everything look like a winter wonderland with the snow and we all had a blast.

Beware of the Attack Rabbit
Enjoyed spending time in the back yard and we were careful not to make too much noise for the neighbors. We enjoyed our time at your place. Couldn’t figure out how to watch the World Series. I think I forgot to sign out of my prime account. Would appreciate it if you would help me with that and sign me out.

Wonderfully responsive host
The location is super close to I-25 (and quiet when all the windows are closed) and about 8 miles from downtown Denver. The host was very responsive to my questions. Seating in the living room was inadequate for the three of us (on couch), the dishes will serve 8 people, and there are limited cooking/baking dishes. I would highly recommend this for a small group, particularly if you are interested in doing things in and close to Denver.

The house was ok. It needed a lot of deep cleaning. The tub/shower plumbing was very slow and backed up in the tub. A little dissappointed.

Very nice!
Kitchen was a pleasant surprise in a rental, nicely equipped. Roaches a minus, however. Beds were ok, towels ok. There were 5 adults staying for 2 weeks and there were a total of 12 hangers in the closets, 2 of which were child size. No dressers or shelves of any kind, so was a little awkward. There was one sponge in the kitchen, but no cleanser of any kind, and nothing for the bathrooms.Maybe would be best for short term stays. Location was great, easy access to major highways, lots of restaurants and shopping. to stack all clothing on top of suitcases.

Weekend vacation
We booked for the weekend to have some fun in Denver with a few friends and this house fit all of us. Communication with the host was very easy and getting in was easy as well. I would definitely book here again in we needed a big house for serval people.

Average Place Good Location
Overall this place was fine, although we found it unclear that there would be another renter in the lower level. While there is a separate outdoor entrance and yard, there is not a door between the upstairs and basement. There is a locking door between the downstairs unit and the basement, but we still didn’t feel overly safe. The renters the first few nights were incredibly loud and disruptive until late. They also cooked fish and the smell permeated the house the first few nights. Also, the back patio does not latch shut. There are two “bars” that can support the door being closed, but even with those in place, the door can be opened 1-2 inches. There were many dirty places in the home that were dirtier than normal for a VRBO. Overall an average place for way too high a price.

Nice retreat
My family gathered to grieve and serve family in Denver after the passing of a loved one. This rental had great location near groceries, food, and coffee shop. At the end of our long days cleaning, organizing, and helping our family we came ‘home’ to beds that were comfortable, clean, and large. The dinning room is spacious and we were able to gather for a meal and play a game together. The house is nearly wheelchair welcome minus the two steps to get inside. I would stay here and/or with Jeff anytime as he was a very respectful and responsive host.

Too hot overall. Master bedroom had no ac vent and had to go purchase a portable fan. Very inconvenient. Was getting messages from owner to adjust AC because the people downstairs were hot. Sofa bed was broken. Just an overall bad experience. 👎👎

Great space and location!
Everything was ultimately great for our stay. I loved that I could bring my dog. I loved that there were smart TVs. It was great to have king beds in each bedroom, so that was great for our family. They have a fair amount of kitchen stuff if you wanted to cook a meal and two tables of varying sizes, so folks can sit together. The location was amazing and easy to get to and from. My recommendations: There is no door or gate to the basement so I would provide a baby gate of some sort or make sure a family bring one if they have littles The Miller moths were in full force so they got into the house a lot It could use an extra sofa for seating around the tv. The house was overall clean but could’ve been better in certain rooms (kitchen, dining, etc), but I know with hard floors that can be very tough. Lastly, it could use a couple rugs by the front and back doors - we got there when it was pouring rain and no place to wipe feet/shoes. Thank you!

house needs cleaning
When we arrived at the house we noticed a smell that reminded us of spices. The floors and vents in the house were dirty. Spider webs in the kitchen. Had to find a separate switch to turn on the air conditioning. Bathroom floor mats were dirty and we also found hairs in the bathroom. All three beds had hair on the sheets. One room had pencil marks on the wall. Anther had dust and change on the floor as well as gum behind the headboard. All three headboards had hair on them. One bathroom door is too big and catches on the floor. You have to force it closed and open. We found cooked ramen noodles in the pull-out couch. We had a total of five guests with only four body towels. I contacted the property owner about the towels and he had the cleaning lady come over around 8:30 at night and she dropped off more towels. She told us that her information only showed one guest. After locating the hairs on the bed I contacted the property manager and told them that we would not be staying. Communication with the property owner was good until we told them we would not be staying and wanted a refund. The next day we took pictures as well as showed the cleaning lady what we had found. The property owners wanted us to cancel the trip as soon as possible so they could rebook the home as fast as possible. I told them that we would not cancel until we had worked out an agreement on a refund. The property owner then modified our trip reservation changing our four-night stay into a one-night stay. We did get a refund for part of our stay. Other than the house needing a deep cleaning and some repairs it was in a good location. The Washer and Dryer are new and worked very well.
