• IMPORTANTE: el estacionamiento está limitado a la vía de acceso de la casa, y justo enfrente de la vivienda en la calle entre nuestra vía de acceso y la marca roja en el bordillo antes de la entrada del vecino. Los vehículos deben limitarse a un máximo de 4 en el hogar. Estacione solo en la dirección del tráfico si tiene que estacionarse frente a la casa. No se estacione frente a ninguna de las casas del vecino o frente a la boca de incendios, ya que podría resultar en multas o multas..
• No fumar en el hogar. Si fuma al aire libre, deseche las colillas de cigarrillo completamente extinguidas en un cubo disponible en el porche trasero o en el bote de basura exterior que se encuentra en el frente. Si se fuma en el hogar, habrá una tarifa de limpieza adicional de $ 200.

Perfect stay
This is actually legitimately the perfect stay. The price is great for 4 bedrooms 2 baths. The place is tastefully decorated with all the features of home (nice master tub). Internet was crazy fast at 500mbps! Usually rentals skimp on the internet but this is great for anyone who brings a gaming laptop or xbox/ps5. Or just for anyone who has work to do or lot of streaming devices. Checkin and checkout contactless and easy. Beds are comfortable. Spices in the cabinet for cooking (good ones too!) Stay here with absolute confidence. It's a great place and I will definitely book again.

Feels like home
Our group of elderly ladies stayed in this home while visiting the Christmas lights. We felt like we were at home. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of shopping and eating areas. Hosts were fabulous!

TAMU Fall Move in
This property was perfect for our family to stay in during TAMU move in. Very convenient to easy to get to TAMU. The property was clean and lots of space for our family to relax after moving in. Highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing and close by
Great communication with Amy/Hans. The place was nice, clean with space to spread out. As advertised - lots of positives and would definately rent again. FWI notes: Master room bed is very high (uses a step stool); not an good option for disabled/elderly people. There are other bedrooms that are handicap accessible. Livingroom TV has very basic channels; would be nice to have cable tv in common area (not that the tv is a make it or break it deal - bring your own streaming device for options.) Master bedroom does have a Smart TV. All in all, it is a great rental in a great location. Thanks Amy and Hans!

Family Wedding
I must say this is the first VRBO of many that we have rented where you did not need to rush out to purchase extra garbage bags, dish soap etc. but the main surprise was the spices and oils and coffee filters the first night. The house had AC which I did not see when renting but was ever so happy when we arrived. There was plenty of room the only thing I would suggest would be more outside seating and better tv reception but I can understand with it being a rental. All in all we would stay again, thank you.

Great place for a weekend in College Station
We needed a house for the weekend, as we had a family wedding to attend. The house has a great set up for families and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues. The house was clean and well stocked. If I was to nitpick, I’d say the home could use some updating. It’s very early 2000s and has some slight wear and tear. But it really didn’t matter for a short trip. I would definitely stay here again for my next family trip to College Station.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

Great house!
We stayed here this past weekend for a family wedding and a football game. This house was clean, The beds were very comfortable, great sheets, and it had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were quick to respond and accommodating. It was very convenient to Texas A&M/Kyle Field and the Moore Ranch wedding venue. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and just as advertised. Notes: (Not bad just informative) 1. For grill, bring charcoal, cleaning tools 2. Master bed is VERY high. Not suitable for ederly or disabled. 3. TVs very limited, bring casting device or your own streaming device.

Great alternative to hotels
We stayed at this lovely house for a week this summer and it was a perfect alternative to living in a hotel for a week! The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the hosts were extremely responsive to questions. We had to drive to the Texas A&M campus every morning, and it was a short, easy 12-13 minute drive from the house to the MSC area. There is a TON of shopping and restaurant options right around this neighborhood. I highly recommend it! One side note: the master bed is very comfortable, but sits pretty high up. If you have any type of limited mobility, getting in and out of this bed might be difficult. The hosts do provide a step stool to assist. All the other beds are normal height. Still recommend for any family stay!

Nice house. We had a few issues with kitchen. Not as many amenities as we are used to in a VRBO.
We had to buy some general supplies that should be kept at the house for guests. The refrigerator never truly kept our food cold. It was cool, but not cold enough to keep butter solid. I messaged owners, but never got anything fixed. Overall, the house is nice.

Excellent Home Away from Home!
Excellent home away from home with all the comforts and space! Wonderful pillows, linens and beds made the stay even more relaxing. It was a very quick trip so we didn't have time to take advantage of the spacious backyard. Great communication with the property managers as well. And quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. We'll look forward to coming back again soon!

Hans and Amy were amazing with communication anything I needed they were prompt with responses. The house was beautiful and spacious for 2 adult and 2 kids with a adequate size backyard for them to release their energy. Good location, close to stores and restaurants. Next time I'm visiting family in College Station, i will rent Hans and Amy's cozy home if it is available... 😁
