Great family get away
Super nice townhome, well equipped, awesome owners. Very spacious, great views from the multiple balconies. Riverfront walking trail, park, and Cocoa Village shops, pubs, and eateries a few steps away. 3 large private sleeping areas, all with their own baths. Indoor parking, terrific top floor patio. My family (8 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This property is at the top of our favorite list.

Perfect accomodations to enjoy everything from NASA to Legoland
Our family outing to NASA and Legoland was really enjoyable with the perfect accomodations in Cocoa and the adorable village a short walk away. Beautiful place, great view, perfectly clean and all you could need.

Perfect Location and exceptionally clean
Isabella's townhome was impeccably clean! The beds/bedding were very comfortable. We cooked in every night and found everything we needed in her well-stocked kitchen, including sharp knives, which seems to be a rarity in rentals! The location is just a few steps to Cocoa Village, so we never needed our car except for exploring Cocoa Beach, etc. Isabella greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything that we needed to know. The photos are a true representation of the unit. The only thing I would caution anyone about is that there is an additional fee for more than 2 guests.

Wow, unbelievable vacation rental. This place had it all, everything you are looking for. The perfect getaway location near the heart of Cocoa Villiage. I travel a lot and play a lot as well and this rental by far was the #1 site I’ve stayed at. Izzy the host was very helpful and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. The place was clean and had everything needed to enjoy the views and vibes. GREAT PLACE!

Beautiful and perfect place to stay
My husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed the condo. The owner, Isabella, was there for check in and answered any questions we had. Everything you need was available at the condo and the kitchen was well stocked with all supplies needed to cook a meal. Wonderful restaurants were close by and easy to walk to in less than 10 minutes. The master bedroom was on the top floor and quite large with a very comfortable bed. The elevator was quite convenient on the days we didn’t want to walk up the stairs. We highly recommend this condo for large and small groups. Thank you Isabella for a wonderful stay!

What a fantastic weekend staying at this beautiful townhouse. Conveniently located, with many eclectic shops and great restaurants. The townhouse is well appointed with beautiful views from many balconies. Isabella, the owner and property manager was one of the best we have ever dealt with. Easy to get to many places walking, driving, or taking an Uber/Lyft. If your in Cocoa, this townhouse is a must to stay in!!!

Great view and location! Walk to town!
We stayed in this property in the past with the previous owner. The new owners (Izzy) have done wonderful improvements to the furnishings and the overall appearance of the property. Please they are soooo nice. We found a tea pot not in great shape and the next day we got a brand new one from Izzy. We were cooking and could not find measuring spoons and Izzy bought some for us the next day. Izzy was a great hostess. We look forward to staying there next year. FYI - There is a magnificent French Bakery in Cocoa Village two blocks from the property that is a delight to visit every morning.

Great property close to Cocoa Village
The condo was great. Clean, lots of balconies to enjoy the outdoors and within easy walking distance to Cocoa Village, which has fun shops and great restaurants. We traveled with our dog and Cocoa Village is very dog friendly. Another perk. The condo also had an indoor parking space which was great. I recommend this location a nice, relaxed vacation. The host was awesome too.

Normally we stay at resorts when vacationing. We are very happy we found this rental. Great location when visiting KSC ( actually can see the vehicle assembly building from balcony). Home was clean, well decorated with good amenities. We plan to stay again. Isabella was very attentive with our text/phone conversation. I would bring gates to prevent young kids from wondering to the upper or lower floors. Easy to lose track of your family since the 5 story rental is huge. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Fun Family Trip to Cocoa
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isabella’s place in Cocoa. The location was perfect - walking distance to Cocoa Village, a short & easy drive to Cocoa Beach and minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The place is unique & clean with beautiful views. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. This was our first time visiting the Space Coast and I don’t think we could have asked for a better place to enjoy all it has to offer - we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful, beautiful, relaxing, private location get-away!
We needed to get away to decompress and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We definitely chose the perfect place. Only one block from Cocoa Village and just a very short drive to the beach. The number of floors were a bit concerning until we walked in to see the elevator!! Perfect! The entire place was spotless and comfortable from couch to bed to balconies. My favorite thing was sitting on one of the balconies sipping wine, reading & watching the sail boats on the Indian River. Perfect! If you want a martini, bring a glass but it's all set up for plenty of wine & any type of food you want to prepare as the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, etc. We enjoyed the Black Tulip for dinner in the Village and Florida's Seafood on 520 by the Banana River Causeway for lunch. Both excellent! The show at the Historical Theater in the Village was also fabulous. Izzy, the owner & property manager, was definitely the best we've ever had at any property we have ever stayed. She was local, accommodating, checked in on us but not the nosey type. We will plan to go again for sure and bring others with us next time.

Beautiful Cocoa, Florida
The property is beautiful, right on the Indian River. The location is close to many excellent restaurants, shops and a great theater. The condo is well stocked, clean and so very comfortable. We will plan to make this a yearly event.
