I was told there was a pool, front desk clerk said “there’s NO POOL” Next day, the new clerk said we could’ve used the sister hotel pool. That was not nice of the First front desk. Shame, shame, shame.

The hotel is dated, which is fine but concerned about the cleaning of the room when socks/ dirty articles of clothes were left behind on the floor by the previous guest. Linens and room seemed clean otherwise. Biggest issue was when we went to shower there was no hot water. When I reported it to the attendant, he said he would have to check the pilot on the water heater. He came to our room and the water seemed to be heating up. In the morning, we went to take showers and the water was ice cold. When checking out we let the woman at the counter know and she seemed disinterested and was not surprised or offer any apology.

The property is an older property, but the front desk person, Steve, was great when we got here and helped us with anything we might have needed. Also, it is hard to find a hotel that has three beds in the hotel room. This was perfect for our family of six.

This place is nasty.
This was the dirtiest most run down hotel I have ever been to. The carpet and bedding were dirty and worn out, the bathroom had mold in it. One of our rooms had a place where the carpet was worn completely through to the subfloor. All I can say to anyone thinking about this place is don’t do it.

DONT DO IT … THE ROACHES GREETED US AS SOON AS WE OPENED THE DOOR..We checked in and checked right back out … I can say the service desk people were very friendly and helpful.

It was only for 1 night so it was ok for that but they definitely need update the beds. The bed was so worn out we had to sleep on it from side to side. It was still the old spring mattresses, not good for the back. But the room was clean. Just needs updating.

The property could use some up keep in its bathroom and maybe get rid of the nasty carpet. Mattress should be changing when you i laid down the mattress sinks in as if it has a hole in the middle.The toilet lid has a big crack in it that looked like they tried to glue it together.
