A Carolina Blue Christmas Stay
I had four adult children and their 1 come to town from all across the US to be together for a magical graduation AND Christmas get together.. this would not have as comfortable or easy without Ana’s beautiful spacious house! The accommodations were plenty for all 6 of us and Ana was very responsive to my requests prior to our stay. We loved ved the added holiday touches. And the Carolina Blue door! Lovely family home
Our family with 2 young kinds stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready for move-in and it was a lovely stay! It's a very nice, friendly neighborhood and the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were here over Halloween and our kids even got to meet other kids trick-or-treating. The house had everything we needed, even toys, an outdoor play area and sandbox, kids utensils and a booster seat. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and even came by quickly we needed their help with something. Would definitely recommend!

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a large yard. It was clean and had all the extras you’ll need for your stay. The host was very responsive during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Anna was very responsive during the course of our reservation as well as stay. The house was well stocked with whatever you'd need such as coffee, coffee filters, sugar and even some refrigerated condiments just to name some. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Absolutely wonderful!
I would love to come back to this house: lovely part of town; amazing fenced in garden for the pups; the best equipped kitchen of any property I have stayed in before. Anna was quick, kind and helpful. The beds were supercomfortable. In the midst of high summer heat, it was a joy to come back to a house in the woods with great inddor conditions. The price was really good for the location and quality of the stay. Thank you Anna and Frank! We loved it. One of the best experiences for me in somebody else's home :)

Details made the trip!
Cannot thank this host enough for the many details in this house that so many hosts overlook, but travelers like us appreciate. Loved having a separate dining room that we did puzzles at (we brought our own, host had games and all kinds of great books available). Other great amenities like toiletries in each bathroom. Plenty of extra supplies like toilet paper, kleenex, laundry detergent/dryer sheets. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, including little things like coffee/filters, condiments, salt/pepper, a completely stocked drawer full of foil/plastic wrap/ziploc bags. Plenty of garbage bags. Every appliance you'd ever need. A full bin of ice in the freezer upon our check in! Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets!! Beds soooo comfy. Extra folding chairs in the storage closet off the kitchen. So many times we've stayed places where just a few extras like this help a lot....this house had them all. We thought the stairs to get to the 2nd floor were a little on the steep side. Just something to be aware of if you have a hard time getting around. Also, going down the stairs, the hand rail is on the lefthand side for part of the descent, so this is a little weird for us right handed people. I would have liked to see the windows in the house a little cleaner, but given the location, this might be hard to keep up. House is on a huge lot in an extremely wooded area. It truly is a hidden gem. Groceries and Wal Mart very close too!

Quiet location but minutes from everything
Very roomy home on a large wooded lot, in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive off the main highway, and only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants, and about 15 minutes to Chapel Hill downtown. We stayed here to visit friends in the area, and the location was perfect for us. It's an older home but well maintained. Large bedrooms, comfy beds, and plenty of space. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils - everything that we needed and all of the appliances were in good working order. The check-in and check-out procedures were fast and Anna was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Four guys in their 60's got together for some good times and a little golf. The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Instructions were concise and clear. Communication with host was exceptionally prompt and pleasant. Place was clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Definitely as advertised property. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Highland Comfort perfect for families
We rented this home to share with our adult children and their 2 very young grandchildren for a local family wedding weekend. The house was better equipped than any I have previously rented! Everything about the house was clean. There were so many toys/books/yard play items for the older almost 3 year old to stay occupied. Our host responded immediately to all inquiries. Renting this home for a family with younger children was so, so superior to staying in hotels. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Great place to stay in Chapel Hill - 5 Rating
We greatly enjoyed our stay at "Highland Comfort". It provided a very cozy stay for us as we attended a wedding in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took many walks throughout the neighborhood and found the neighbors to be kind and thoughtful... with many dogs (all well behaved and on leashes... helped us as we were missing our two golden retrievers) In regards to the house... the instructions were clear and the space laid out nicely. One bedroom is accessed by walking through another bedroom. This worked great for us... and would be fantastic with small children. In summary, we would stay at this property again! We had a fantastic time in Chapel Hill and this property added to the great experience.

Weekend Stay
It was a great home for our purposes. We were in town for a wedding so it was a short stay. The yard was huge, completely fenced in, there were a lot of items for children- books, toys, bouncy seat, pack and play for visitors to use. The deck was a great place to socialize between the wedding and reception. It was close to every where we needed to be but at the same time it felt private. Minutes from grocery store, CVS pharmacy, McDonalds and a sub shop plus more. It was a great place to stay.

Great family spot!
This house is perfect if you're traveling with children. It has a pack and play as well as a toddler bed, and there are some toys and books suitable for children. So nice not to have to pack those things! Anna is very communicative and goes above and beyond as a host. Would highly recommend!

Spacious and quiet hospitality
This home comfortably accommodated our family of four adults. It was nestled on a quiet tree-lined street. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, the piano, the large deck and the skylights during our rainy stay. Nightlights throughout the home were a helpful touch as was its meticulous cleanliness. Anna was a helpful, kind and communicative host.

Great House/Great Location
Very happy with Anna's home. Clean, comfortable, and a great location for everything in the Chapel Hill Area. The brand new electric fireplace is a great way to keep the downstairs warm on a cold winter night. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area. Anna's a great host, highly reccomend.

Family Time
This house was even more spacious than expected, including a huge fenced yard. It was impeccably clean and VERY well supplied with everything we needed. Anna communicated as needed. We all had comfortable beds. Thank you Anna, we hope to return.
