Absolutely loved this gorgeous beach house!
We had a perfect long weekend getaway to this gorgeous beach house! The house was spotless clean, stocked with any household items you might need, super easy walk to the beach (the wagon & beach chairs provided were a huge bonus), and the property managers were easily the most responsive & nicest ones we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!!

Great family trip!
We had 6 adults and 2 young children, stay at the property for a 4day weekend. The property was clean, modern, plenty of sleeping space, and the communication with mgmt was seamless. We rented a golf cart while we were there in order to make getting around to the beach, boardwalk, and dinner spots, easier. Highly recommend doing that. The location was perfect. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Carolina Beach Home
We had a very enjoyable long weekend at Brreezy Goin. The house is beautiful with a large open front room where we could all gather which was especially important because Saturday was rainy and cold. We loved the rooms and well- stocked kitchen. The deck was great for early morning coffee and drinks in the evening.Tastefully decorated and multilevel. Loved the cool outdoor area after a great day at the beach. Far enough away from the crowds but still close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and restaurants. Great communication with host.

Perfect late summer getaway!
This house was everything! Not only beautiful but so clean and well-appointed! Close to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants in Carolina Beach but also quiet and comfortable. Can’t wait to get back for our next stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. house is fairly new and it still looks that way. well maintained. the yard was a great bonus to walk the dog. elevator was a must for my in-laws to use and having it took a lot of stress off of us. definitely will look to stay here again

Property was lovely and well maintained. Only suggestions would be a few nicer beach chairs and towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. We were able to check in early our first day and get to the beach so that was lovely!

Beautiful Home
My husband and I brought our 2 boys and some of their friends in celebration of high school graduation. Our first night was a little shaky with neighbors complaining about the music before 10pm. We settled the kids down and enjoyed the rest of our week complaint free. The house is absolutely stunning. The owners are wonderful to work with and communicate with.

Best Experience for my Impromptu Vacation to NC!
From the moment I booked until the minute I left the house I had the best experience with booking this home. Not only was the booking part seamlessly easy, but the immediate response I would get from my contact person whenever I text her was the best! I asked for recommendations while there and any questions I had were answered right away. The house matched the description that was represented online. The house was beautiful, everything was new and clean and it was stocked with many supplies for any activity that I needed to do. This made things much easier for me since it was my first time in North Carolina, not knowing the area very well. It was myself and my three children. My kids absolutely LOVED the bunk beds! The front porch was relaxing for my morning coffee. The beach is about a block away and the area is so quiet and peaceful. Watching television at night outside was awesome… perfect for a movie night! I can’t wait to go back again soon!

House not ready
The house was not ready. Within 15 minutes of checking in we were cleaning up an overflowing toilet. The water and ice did not work in the refrigerator. The next day the repair showed up to fix the dishwasher which we were not told about. Then we discovered none of the lights upstairs worked. The electrician told us the wiring was faulty and was a serious hazard. Again no one told us anything. There was not a broom to sweep up. No place to hang bath towels. Too few hangers to hang up clothes in the closets. This house was not ready and we were negatively impacted. I do expect a partial refund due to this experience and the fact that you rented us a house with an electrical hazard.

We so enjoyed our stay in this new home. Wonderful neighborhood with delightful neighbors. A short walk to beach (with the house’s beach wagon)with five 5 year olds was easy!!
