Don’t bother

When I arrived the lady that check me in was very friendly, the room was warm and the room appeared clean. There was a large hot water heater in delivery packaging in the lobby but I wasn’t told there was a hot water problem. In the morning there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. It was 17 degrees outside and the front lobby told me it was girl wide and it just happened the night before. Why would they have the hot water heater already? He was rude and offered nothing, not even an apology. I had brain freeze from the freezing cold weather.

Well priced and nice enough service. However, room was not the cleanest. Found a few gummy candies on plain sight around the room, and some fresher looking stains on towels … making me question how thorough the room was cleaned.
