The hotel buildings from the outside are in good shape. But, the bedrooms smell horrible, very humid and no matter how much they clean them, it doesn't get rid of that smell. I didn't want to listen the reviews that talked about the bad smells in the bedrooms, so, I had to experience them by myself. Don't come back. En Español : Las habitaciones huelen muy feo, un olor muy penetrante y fuerte como una combinacion de quimicos, sucio y humedad desde que se entra a la habitacion se siente enseguida el olor, es mejor ir a otro hotel. Yo no quise escuchar los comentarios de otras personas acerca de esos olores y pues me toco vivirlo en persona.

Terrible service
I don't like giving bad reviews but this hotel was not good. The hotel is in a good location but our room was the smallest hotel room we ever stayed in. The worst part is we were there for 7 nights and housekeeping came once to clean and that was on our request, we requested more than once but no one came. We called the office for fresh bath towels and was told we would have to go and pick them up.

Great check in service. That’s about all I can say was great. The entire building was old, paint peeling, furniture outdated and very worn out. Toilet did not want to flush. Shower was wading in water to ankles did not want to drain. Whole building needs renovation and updating.

My wife and I have been taking at least 1 road trip a year for the past 10 years. We have stayed in hotels from the east coast to the west coast and this was by for our worst experience. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom towel rack was covered with rust. We killed several small roaches in the bathroom. The entire facility needs updating and could use a good deep cleaning. I can say it was convenient to the theatre district, but would not stay there again.

Lots of potential, very polite/attentive staff.
Was a pleasant stay, were in building 2 room 2333. Check in went well but first getting to room not so much, vanity light wouldn't work(realized late on last night of stay have to leave the light switch for vanity light on for 10 seconds before light actually comes on). TV had red hue and barley any sound, fixed red after reconnecting all equipment & realized remote doesn't operate TV sound at all, gotta find little control center on back of TV for that. We're night owls most the time on vaca so we missed breakfast both mornings, but heard good things from other guests. The two indoor pools were nice, hot tubs were nice and hot but jets were iffy and mostly weak, and towels ran out both nights at both pools. Every electric outlet in the room besides 1 was wonky, barley connected to wall(and quite close to Jacuzzi), or loose and things kept coming unplugged. ALSO, BUY POWER STRIPS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE, glad I always have one in my laptop bag. Had to UNPLUG the fridge or bedside light to use the microwave, some redneck BS there for sure, POWER STRIPS!!!! Bedding had small stains but smelled super clean and stains weren't too bad but should be mentioned. Furniture was pretty beat up, some paint would make it much more visually appealing. Elevator was SLOW and none of the interior information light worked. Every employee we encountered was very polite and did their best to help or attend to us. Robes in the rooms would be nice for pool/hot tub visits, especially for Jacuzzi rooms.

Quiet property, close to everything. We decided to come to Branson for our honeymoon and this hotel was perfect for us! Clean, good buffet breakfast, and nice staff. Can't wait to come back!
