Really convenient

We arrived late after flight delay which meant we were too late to take advantage of the shuttle bus. However the next morning they took us back to the airport as soon as we were ready. Great service

The rooms are incredibly dated, air-conditioning does not function and in-room amenities are very underwhelming. Finally, staff are far from welcoming, uninformative and disrespectful.

I was on a late flight into Bordeaux, so this was the perfect hotel for me. It was easy to find, it was easy to get the tram to the train station the next day, the service was very good. The breakfast the next morning was excellent.

High priced for what it was. It was an airport hotel at the end of the day, but nothing like what was in the pictures. The pictures online must be from when it was brand new. Very worn out, very strange decor. Needs a bit of a refurb and facelift.

We had booked for 1 night but British airways altered our flight times so only used the room in the afternoon and left before 7pm. We were disappointed that we could not get Any food as the restaurant didn't open until 7pm and only had an al la carte menu. Some sort of roll or club sandwich would have been better.
