Although the size and space of the rooms were decent, the absence of pest control really ruined our stay. There were a LOT of ants (including on the bed), and a live cockroach on the toilet floor. Also the rooms were cleaned poorly; there was a dirty smudged pillow, and crackers on the corner of the bedroom floor (which of course had ants on it too, but still not as many as in the main bedroom where there were ants on the bed…). In the morning, my husband had a shave only to discover dozens of ants hiding in his shaver (and in his bag too). We now nickname this place ‘Ant World’.

When we booked for Sun/Mon there was no mention that the office was not 'manned' for those two days. And, it was not stated that the bar/restaurant is closed on those days. This significantly detracted from the pleasure of staying there. Additionally, it was noted that non-guests were using the pool. There needs to be more security.

The Good. Staff were friendly and the food from the restaurant was fantastic. Rooms were nice and the air conditioner was great. The Bad. Room was a bit dusty but nothing major. Dead cockroach in the water well of the Iron. I had to ask for a replacement. The Ugly. The first night of my stay, I had to sleep on a rather uncomfortable lounge as the sheets in my bed were not only dirty but had splashes of fresh blood on the fitted sheet and over all three pillows. Luckily I brought my own pillow. Nobody was available at reception as this was at approx 11:00pm. No refund or even partial refund offered when I raised this with reception the next day. I can tolerate most things but blood on the sheets as well as a dirty top sheet is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The staff seemed to be stretched thin as I was checked in by the Chef. Housekeeping is a major issue. It’s a shame as it’s a nice place.

Very suitable for family stays but not pram friendly. Not so happy at having to use stairs to access the unit as I have mobility issues. Insufficient outside lighting during the evening.

We were impressed with the size of the rooms and facilities within! Apartments were huge and comfortable. We are already planning our next visit!! We had a family breakfast gathering the morning after our stay. We booked as we were a large group and our table was set in the protected out door area when we arrived. The setting, menu, food and service were excellent 😁

I already completed feedback. Great value for such a great accommodation. Quiet with the beach directly across the road. It was a studio room and quite spacious. Nice balcony with a sea view and overlooks the the swimming pool.
