Upon check in the staff couldn’t find my reservation after giving numerous identification and then they still couldnt locate reservation my money was deducted already then about four hours took the same amount again off my card so I decided to leave a day early it was too much continental breakfast was granola bars and coffee and then I checked and manager Tony called me to attempt to apologize but said that they needed to charge me 30 plus nore how inconvenient it was a horrible experience I have stayed at numerous Howard Johnson’s and never experienced anything like this

The room was not vacuumed and carpet had food and other things on the floor around the bed and bathroom. Two of the light fixtures would not work. Doors were rusted and dirty. Bathtub soap holder was torn off the wall of the tub. Drywall repairs needed.

This was a last minute stay and there were no choices available next time I will sleep in my car. Room not ready cause of being cleaned finally after 430 room is ready and was filthy gross . This place should be closed down
