De Auburn!). Nuestros huéspedes que regresan han amado la privacidad pacífica, ubicación y detalles adicionales que hacen de esta casa de vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable increíble. Venga a disfrutar de total serenidad en el porche grande como el lago refleja un impresionante amanecer o abrazar a su ser querido como grillos dan la bienvenida las suaves brisas nocturnas con canto tranquilo.

Para hacer que la atención libre de sus vacaciones, le ofrecemos extras como: chalecos salvavidas para niños, fideos y sillones. Simplemente dejar sus preocupaciones atrás y llegar complazca en descanso, la diversión y la relajación!

Seis habitaciones privadas de sueño catorce en camas. Dos niveles hacen de este hogar perfecto para las familias múltiples. Planta principal tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños, área de cocina, comedor y sala totalmente equipada con unas vistas fantásticas. Planta baja tiene 3 dormitorios, cocina, baño y una amplia zona de estar también con hermosas vistas. Principal tiene cama king, 2 dormitorios con literas y una cama doble con dos camas nido (4 personas) y el resto de las habitaciones tienen camas de matrimonio. Las impresionantes vistas del lago desde tres de los dormitorios privados, cocina, comedores superior e inferior nivel / salas de estar, amplio porche y gran patio cubierto. 46 "TV y reproductor de DVD con pantalla plana en el foso superior, 35 'TV con reproductor de DVD y Wii en el bajo estudio, 42" TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de Blue Ray DVD en el dormitorio principal. 27 'TV en el dormitorio extra. 100 películas, además de DVD (amplia variedad) para su disfrute. Por cable, internet inalámbrico, teléfono disponible. Muelle estacionario grande con gran dique flotante adjunto. Relaxing long weekend get away
This home and its location was perfect for our family. The house was clean and well kept, stocked with games and plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own private area for winding down after the days activities as well. The setting on the lake was beautiful, and this was thebperfect time of year as it was very quiet and the weather was perfect. Gingers communication was outstanding as well. We hope to make it back and stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Property
Our family enjoyed staying in this wonderful, very clean home. We brought a canoe and enjoyed the best day paddling around in Lake Martin in front of this home. The home has 6 bedrooms and is ideal for a family. The location is extremely convenient to Auburn.

Auburn game wknd stay
This past wknd was my wife’s bday and the auburn/uga football game. We had 5 couples in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view is incredible, all of the amenities are 5*, short drive to auburn. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property.

Family reunion
We had our first get together at this house in September of 2020 and fell in love with it . House is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for 12 people. Love the screened in porch and downstairs patio and fire pit. The large dock has room to park 3 boats . Great parking for vehicles and boat trailers also. The Boat launch ramp is a short 10/15 minute drive from the House and less than 5 minutes by boat.

This is a beautiful home located in a great part of the lake. Not too busy so you can enjoy the pier area, and just a short boat ride to anywhere you want to go. Will definitely rent again!!

Great property all around
The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. This is the third place we’ve stayed in at Lake Martin and this one has been the nicest and largest. We had plenty of room for our 3 families to spread out and have still have plenty of room. The downstairs was like a house on its own. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful views
The home was well described on the listing. While it is very dated as the pictures show, it was clean and had everything we needed. Beware that the steps are of jagged stone staggering down to the bottom with no hand rail. When it rains they are very slick and uneven. We had a woman in her 50s in our party slip on stairs rolling down hill and broke two bones in her leg. A very Unfortunate incident. I would be careful with anyone older and would not recommend this place for anyone older or who has concerns about walking down steep stone steps. The ems service was very friendly and had a special chair gurney/lift to make the over 40 foot vertical ascent up after the horrific fall. The location for us was far from restaurants by boat. On our faster boat it took about 40 min at 30/40mph to the social and chuckwallas marina pizza. If you stay here I would plan on eating all meals in unless driving to restaurant.

Perfect getaway for families
We’ve stayed at this home several times and have never been disappointed. The house is wonderful and great location! The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with whatever we need. It is close, just a few minutes, to stores, restaurants and a marina with boat rentals. The owner, Ginger is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely go back for our next family getaway!

Family favorite vacation
This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! The grandkids absolutely loved fishing from the dock, where they caught a 6-1/2 pound catfish, and we brought boats so we did more fishing in the lake. We are already talking about coming back next year

Wonderful Weekend
This property was absolutely beautiful. The home has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. The bathrooms were well situated though, so they were easy to use and we had no problems sharing. The downstairs area was great for the younger crowd to play in while those who wanted a quieter environment chose upstairs. The upper deck was awesome for watching the beautiful sunrises and for just sitting out and enjoying the view. We felt very comfortable with our younger children on this deck since there is no door or stairs to the lower area. Completely screened in with ceiling fans it would be perfect any time of the year. We can't wait to book this house again in the future, possibly in the summer when we could use the lake.

Very comfortable for 6 people or more
It was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there during our bass club's out of town tournament. With 6 bedrooms everybody had their own room. Refrigerators downstairs and upstairs, and being able to sit on the outside screening area with a 6 seat table was ideal. It also has two grills. If we go back to Lake Martin we will definitely reserve it again.

Great Service!
This is our 2nd time to stay here and have already booked for next year. We prefer gas grill over charcoal but that’s a personal preference and we just bring our gas grill with us. They have multiple household amenities to make the stay much like home.

Enjoyed it!
This property is a great location, conveniently located near stores, restaurants, marina, but just far enough off the highway to have a pleasant stay. Ginger was great to work with and was quick to respond when needed. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, seating, etc. The large, well furnished porches were great. Televisions were easy to use and box fans in every closet! Boat rental just around the point. Enough outdoor trash cans to accommodate our large group. Two charcoal grills. Our only concern was the hill/steps to the water. Since we’re not as young as we used to be, the steps were tough. We were hoping for a more gradual slope, but we made it work. It definitely did not prevent us from having a great time! Definitely recommend!
