Great location - minutes from the airport. Poor maintenance - wash basin had a huge crack in middle of it, bath had chips in it with mouldy sealant. Poor workmanship all round with paint marks on wall & floor tiles. Overall negative experience - buffet dinner was well overpriced and empty dishes not topped up until requested on multiple occasions.

The representative during check-out could have been more pleasant. The bellhop was engrossed in a conversation with the front desk and had to approach twice before we could get our luggage, which was a significant inconvenience considering our flight departure time. While the room was clean, the tub was not clean and had peeling paint in several areas. Okay for one night stay.

The hotel was a lovely stay. Fantastic end to a hectic few days. Staff friendliness was good, especially on arrival and in the restaurant. Not so good in reception in the morning as they failed to even mention taking payment for airport drop off, and failed to realise whilst not included in booking was on paperwork as i had requested in the morning. Had a 30min spa treatment for both myself and wife, which was fantastic. One improvement would have been to have some relaxing music during the session. Food cannot fault.

Room floor has tiles which become very cold, no carpet, no slippers. Overpriced. Menu at Jacaranda is good to read but quality of chat was ordinary. Overpriced again. Good staff was the saving grace.

Much improvement needed

We checked into the hotel at around 6:00 pm on 29th June 2022. We were greeted at the reception advising that our stay was booked for 3 person occupancy. So the hotel was well aware about it. Through the Hotels.com booking process the hotel contacted us if we would be interested in an upgrade. Since we were three persons we had requested for a suite, however, there was no upgrade provided although the request was made before hand. When we entered the room there were no hand towels or face towels not a bath mat provided. On calling housekeeping we were provided with one hand towel for a triple occupancy room. On repeated calling also we were only provided with a third bath towel but no hand towels and no bath mat. The mattress too was much to be desired as it was one which had lost its tension and was soft to sink inside to a level where one could have developed a lumbar problem. It was fortunate that we had an early 4:00 am flight so limited use of the mattress was required. The saving grace was that the airport transfer staff was good which allowed us to leave peacefully.
