Easy bus ride to and from the airport. Quick 5 minute walk to train station just up the street. It takes about a 15 train ride to central Zurich. Safe area with grocery stores and restaurants.

Good for an overnight stay to catch flight
It was a short overnight stay to catch a flight from ZRH on the following day. We wanted to drop our luggage off in late morning and come back late in the day to check in as we had done in numerous other hotels in Switzerland. Unfortunately there was no body available at the front desk till 1 pm and no one could advise where to store the luggage. Clean/ spacious room with a large screen TV. The TV remote was not working, the replacement was not any better.

The place was not bad, but its area is unsafe and too far from Zurich. We only stayed since it was our last day and wanted to stay close to airport, but if you are planning to stay for the travel, I don't recommend it. Stay closer to central Zurcih area. It's a lot safer and less commuting.

Good for a night with a bus that's about 4 stops or 7 mins from the airport situated just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Our room's bathroom door couldn't close and there was no holder for the shower head. Other than that, very clean and staff were great.

This hotel is absolutely incredible!! way beyond the pictures show. based on the pictures alone, I was a little sceptical, but this hotel superceeded all I thought. they even have in the room led lights that I can choose the color. its stunning. and a short 5 mmin bus ride from the airport. highly recommended!!

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Spoke English which was helpful. Property conditions were run down, common areas were dirty, cheap hotel. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Was close to the airport so we could fly out early the next morning.

Good value option for Zurich Airport
Very convenient for the airport if you don't mind taking the city bus (there's one roughly every 10 minutes). Large room, comfortable bed, hot water for a shower and working wifi. My only complaints are that I had to wait a few minutes to check me in as there was no one at reception when I arrived and my room was a bit noisy, although I'm not sure what the source of the noise was. The hotel is good value by the standards of hotels around Zurich airport.

There no one on reception desk to meet or greet until past one pm, however when arrived receptionist Ubra was so friendly, room was too warm and we had to change to another room because of broken window loco, Breakfast was mediocre with nothing more than average, room and bathroom size were reasonable.

I recently stayed at the Dormero Hotel in Zurich by the airport, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, there was a sign that no one is here to serve early waiting customers with bags until 1pm. Only positive is the gentleman that helped us was positive. The the AC was completely broken and we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we heard airplanes as it’s near the airport. The floors were sticky and filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned. To make matters worse, the showerhead was broken. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort, but this place failed on every front. Stay far away from this disaster of a hotel!

Very helpful staff member who helped us check in and then helped us move to a cooler room (no AC at this hotel) & it was pretty hot & humid. He also helped us with how to get around the city. Room wasn’t very clean (very dusty) and the premises aren’t that clean, a little run down. The hotel is located in an area of the city that isn’t very nice. But I rated this hotel higher because of the very helpful staff member.
