EASY STAY BEHIND THE BEACH is a bright and cozy apartment with two floors, simple equipped kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom.

From the garden access to the front door. You entre directly in the living room with patio doors leading to the terrace, kitchenette cupboard and open staircase to the first floor. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is situated at the bottom of the stairs to the bedroom. At the front is a cozy terrace with lounge set.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

My daughter and I loved Zandvoort, and this house was perfect for us. 3 minute walk from the beach. 15 minute walk from the train station, and 10 minute walk from the town center.

Achtung bei der Sauberkeit !
Die Lage ist top, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Es gibt einen Stellplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft und Hunde sind auch erlaubt. Kommunikation mit dem Team auch kein Problem. Die Sauberkeit war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Die Teller und das Besteck waren dreckig und fettig. Die Decken und Bettbezüge haben nach Hund gerochen und hatten einige Flecken. Die Couch war voller Flecken und Haare, wir haben die Couch erst mal abgesaugt. Generell hat es sehr modrig gerochen, trotz täglichem Lüften ging der Geruch nie ganz weg. Also für alle die mit Hygiene ein Problem haben, lieber einen Reiniger und Raumspray einpacken.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay
We enjoyed a lot the days at the house, it was a beautiful house, good decorated, cozy for the windy evenings and quiet next to the dunes, perfect for walks with our dog. We were lucky to see a group of dears crossing the street by the night! And unfortunately, the strong alert wind the last night of our estance, broke the wood door on the entrance. We saw it in the morning before our check out and tried to put it again on its place, but sadly it needs to be repaird. We will be happy to come back again next time we visit Zandvoort! Thank you so much

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war top, 4-5 Minuten Gehweg bis zum Strand. Wir waren mit unsrem Hund da, perfekte Lage für ihn gewesen. Empfehlenswert, immer wieder gerne !

Charming place, so close to the beach and nice to sit outside even with bad weather. Large and beautiful bedrooom directly under the roof. For people with physical problems: there is a good railing at the stair to the bedroom. Be careful with the bathroom. Very nice bath, but five steps to go up without railing.

Die Admin war absolut vorbildlich, vollständig, genau und freundlich. Einrichtung funktionell, aber etwas beliebig, das können in NL viele besser. Weniger Bilder, dafür etwas emotionaler, Elektrik ist ordentliches gebastel. Bad ausgenommen, welches Gut ausgestattet ist, eine etwas geräuschdämmendere Türe zum Bad wäre schon schön-aus naheliegenden Gründen. Die Lage in der Peripherie aber Strandnähe ist gut, ruhig. Vorplatz etwas rummelig. Schlafzimmer geräumig, genügend Ablagen, sauber. Beleuchtung dort aber aus der Restekiste-lieblos. Alles in Allem: Keine schlechte Erfahrung, aber im Detail etwas Luft nach oben.

Gemütliches Appartement in direkter Dünennähe
Es ist ein sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Dünen sowie der Parkplatz sind in nur kurzer Distanz zum Objekt und auch das Hundefreilaufgebiet ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Promenade sowie die Innenstadt sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Agentur hat uns sowohl vor dem Aufenthalt als auch bei der Schlüsselübergabe gut informiert.

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage
Das Haus und die Lage sind toll, man braucht nur 2 min zum Strand. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und alles hat super geklappt. Auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert.
