Comfortable stay
After reading reviews that the staff at Jadron were great I decided to book my stay here. Conveniently located for main sites and restaurants, also very safe area. The hotel was comfortable, nothing fancy but just right really. I’d lost my umbrella so asked at the desk if they had any spares, at first it did not appear so but the gentleman working went the extra mile checking several areas and found one in the end. Much appreciated!

Convenient Location!
The hotel was in a very convenient location near the Ban Jelacic Square. We were able to walk everywhere and explore. The front staff was super friendly and helpful when I had questions for them. The room was great! Would absolutely stay there again.

Location was very convenient. Could walk to most places. Buffet breakfast was OK, no change in menu for the 3 days we spent. Cleaners do not clean the room if you place the ' Clean room now' sign, irrespective of which side you hang it up! We were advised not to hang up the door tag! Drawers could not be opened, as the upper cupboard door had dropped down slightly.

Hotel needs updating getting old , could not find any local restaurants/bars.Found front rooms noisey from trams passing . Staff need some training in helping you just not interested in helping. We got there no phone service internet very slow . Look else where John Foulds

It is placed in a perfect location, about 20 min walk from the main city bus station and 5 min walk to the city main attractions, cathedral, museums, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are super clean and there's no cigarette smell. The hotel looks recently updated. The reception staff was super friendly and wi-fi was easy to connect to. Also the breakfast was spectacular with a lot of choices. The only thing is breakfast is served from 7am so if you are catching a plane early.. don't book breakfast for all days on Expedia. Get the room for days you need and later add breakfast for days you can make it at the hotel Reception. I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel is right in the City Centre. The only thing i wanted to point out is the smell of food coming from the kitchen/restaurant on the 1st floor. They should improve their exhaust system to push air out.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff was friendly and accommodating - allowed us to have an early check-in. It is very convenient to have a parking space. The room was clean and comfortable; internet could be a little better and they could offer microwave to heat food.
