The Building in general is ok, however the beds are TERRIBLE, the pillows as well. Amenities are cheap. The restaurant food leaves much to be desired. But the worst thing of all is that the hotel is sorrounded by sugar cane crops and they begun to do the harvest the day the hotel was at full capacity. Then we were sorrounded by smoke and pieces of burned cane, there were times that was impossible to breathe due to the quantity of smog, terrible experience. The staff were friendly and polite in general, however there was a lack of experience and organization at the front desk.

This hotel made my stay at cocoyoc to be exactly what I wanted to be peaceful, relaxing, and comfy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel garden is beautiful and the pool was clean and fun to enjoy with my family. I highly recommend this place. Makes you feel at home away from home.

El tiempo de entrega de habitación demoró más de 1 hora, la gente amable pero se veían sobre pasados de capacidad. La habitación bien, pero el segundo día que estuvimos no hicieron el servicio de limpieza (quizás por lo mismo de la saturación) La alberca está de buen tamaño pero el agua se veía bastante sucia (en color)

Mala experiencia
La alberca estaba sucia, no se podía utilizar y no estaba climatizada como se supone, el restaurante solo tenía dos opciones de comida (carnitas y barbacoa) y no estaba en las instalaciones del hotel (estaba cruzando el estacionamiento, no era cómodo el acceso). Estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción y el ambiente no era amigable, no había gente, había muchas hormigas. Faltaba mantenimiento al hotel. Yo esperaba descansar en el hotel sin salir para que mi familia disfrutara de las instalaciones y no se pudo, todos los días tuvimos que salir a otros lados a comer y a buscar alguna alberca. El precio es muy alto para lo que se ofrece (solo llegar a dormir).
