Parking not clear went in wrong park and had to pay £5 to get out Although the hotel stated parking available it cost a further £12 I had to wade through wet and slush to reception to find out where to park

Generally a good experience for a one night stay.Would have preferred an opening window and would also have thought that there would have been usb points.No drawers so nowhere to put clothes other than a shelf which was high up.Ok for one night but not for longer.Staff pleasant and polite and the stay served it's purpose

Reception staff very friendly and helpful.When we arrived we were told chef not serving any more food for 40 mins. Went back and hour later ordered our food waited patiently for 30mins asked two waiters each twice when we could find them to see what the delay was as other were getting food after placing orders after us. Neither came back to us.Waited another 40 mins.Went to bar to be told our order was not placed.We cancel order went to our room to make coffee no teapot.Reception sorted that out immediately.Looked for remote control, nowhere in room. Really disappointed.

Nice room. Nice size. Wood rather when a Family Room is booked we could choose if there is an actual bed or sofa bed. A sofa bed is not appropriate for our teen son.
