Great place to stay. Staff are so kind and friendl
We had a great time the place was amazing. Only few issues that we see were elevators were down so everyone was dependent of service elevator which just took alittle longer and in the dinning hall the last morning there was only one person and we see she was really struggling to keep up with the amount of people that were coming in. We felt so horrible for the poor women.

Dirty place
The Room was visibly dusty, the carpet looked dirty, the tv screen a streaks from someone using a wet cloth to wipe it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste marks, the tub had a water ring in it and the base of the toilet was visibly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Room without a thermostat
We couldn't the thermostat. We called the front desk and they told us it was on the wall near the bathroom. It wasn't on any wall. We called the front desk to say we still couldn't find it. A front desk clerk came to the room immediately and confirmed there was no thermostat on any wall. Very promptly, someone came up and unscrewed the small door on the unit itself and we could control the temperature. The staff was very pleasant and their service was amazingly quick. But no thermostat?

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and professional. My room was immaculate and updated. Even though there was a packed DAV convention and the hotel was full, I heard no noise at all. Hot water, great pressure. The bartender was also very kind!
