When booking the room there was no clear communication about the furnishing difference between 'room' and 'suite'. I was disappointed that there was nowhere to sit, no microwave, and we had to request a refrigerator.

It was in a good location,close to everything ,nice room, & the lady who checked us in was very nice. The pillows were terrible & we were there for 5 nights with no room service even to empty the trash cans !

Dog friendly hotel
This hotel is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable - I am a picky pillow person and the pillows / bed were great. The lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We traveled with our dog, who was also warmly welcomed by the staff - dog treats ready.

Absolutely loved staying here; when we come back to the Yorktown/Williamsburg area we’ll be sure to stay here again. The Lady (wish I could remember her name she was so sweet) at the front desk was working throughout our stay, she was so helpful and nice and helped us add an extra night to our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the pool and gym are such bonuses. 10/10
