Mixed feelings

The stay was great. Loved the area. The place got robbed and other hotels around the area so it wasn’t a safe experience. The place was semi-clean. Pool also didn’t looked clean and wasn’t heated in an indoor setting. Breakfast was also not served one day.

Not sure what happened to this place...

Our room was on the other side of the Maintenance room. A consistent, loud "wum wum wum" sound and vibration lasted the entire trip (3 nights). The shower took over 10 min to heat up. The first morning i gave up and took a cold shower (in December) befit it started to finally warm while i was rinsing off. We've stayed here before and it was fine. Even the free breakfast, which has always been good, was inedible.

Pool was broken, and the fitness room was also broken. Breakfast is good. The staff were wonderful. Location is also excellent. If the hotel keeps up the facilities, that would be a wonderful place

Nice people and location. Needs a good cleaning

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and very attentive to requests. Close to old town Williamsburg. The building was a little worn. Great looking from outside, but inside was showing thr age. Back door, providing access to first floor, was off its track and set open all the time, making the hall temperature the same as outside temp. Breakfast room was sticky to wall on. Carpets needed vacuumed.

Worse stay ever

There was mold above the bed on wall , bathroom was not clean at all hair in shower, mold on baseboards. Shower head did not even work enough to get shampoo out of my hair

Good front desk service, nevertheless big con was the pool was not in service, i picked this hotel for the indoor pool for kids so big dissapointment, also the breakfast is very poor dont even has a waffle device, would not stay here again

The first impression upon entering was the very distinct odor of marijuana. The second was upon entering the room. The restroom was not clean. The sink faucet was covered in something that was white and flaky. The bathtub was clean but the wall and ceiling over it looked like there had been leaks at some point, leaving a red/ orange residue. The third impression was the lack of hot water both days when showering. The shower was lukewarm at best.

The bathroom sink was clogged, we complained to the reception but no one was sent. The bathroom door lock did not work either. Exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. All in all it was not a nice stay
