Good location for us, as this was close to the locations we needed. Be aware that parking is NOT included in the overnight fee. Neither is breakfast, although there is a nice cafe associated with the property. Lots of ice cream shops along the main road.

Have stayed in this hotel many times . It’s nice and quiet except for the odd train passing by. Staff are lovely. It’s close to the beach, and there’s a great walk along the coast. Don’t like having to pay almost $30.00 a day to park in their underground lot tho….

The suit was comfortable with a fully loaded kitchen. Turning the tv on was challenging, and I was never able to turn one of the fireplace on. However I‘ll recommend the place and definitely will be using it again.

The hotel is quite nice and close to walkways/parks on the ocean. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly, my room was large and nicely appointed and wifi was great. Because it is a tourist area along Marine Drive and it is now November, a lot of storefronts were closed and some properties looked undermaintained.

Perfect spot
The Ocean Promenade is in a great location; it's very quiet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the parking garage. While it is terrific that there is a covered garage, it is a little tight, especially when others park on the lines (of course, that is not the hotel's fault). Love it here and will be back.
