Was so looking forward to our stay. Was very disappointed with the resort. WiFi was not working (traveling with 13 yr old & 8 yr old). Hotel has shampoo, conditioner shower gel and lotion pumps conveniently placed in the restroom. However, both conditioner and lotion were empty. Walkway to room elevators had a strange odor and serious carpet stains. Visited Casino for a bit, very empty and a little creepy vibe. Most slots are dated. Won a bit and then lost it back. Positive: Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom is spacious. There were a lot of channels to watch. Be careful which room option you choose when booking your room. I thought we had breakfast included with our stay. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong room

Buffalo Thunder was Wonderful New Years Eve in 2015 and again on Christmas Vacation in 2024. I know this may not be mentioned enough but Maid Service was Excellent! (And Very Much Appreciated) The only negative was All Front Desk personnel were Non-Smiling and Non-Welcoming at Check In and Check Out. Otherwise, Buffalo Thunder is a Wonderful Resort. I really like this resort. Everything you could need. Only problem was the two restaurants were both closed Thurs evening, the ritzy restaurant out of my budget, and deli/fast food I can’t eat. Breakfast the next morning was great!
