When I initially checked in I was given a room that smelt like mildew and it was next to a room where loud music was playing with people singing loud. I informed about the smell and they immediately provided a new room on the opposite side . For the most part the room was okay but you do tell there wasn’t a deep clean in the shower & also saw hair on the side of the bed on the sheets . There are food places that are walkable that I enjoyed . Other than that I give the stay 3.5 stars

Front Desk — Needs Additional Training
Stay was wonderful! Some tips for the front desk … how to handle closing out the customer request. I locked myself out loading my luggage at 430AM before an early flight. Front desk was sending someone. No one showed and I was standing in hall way. We had to call again for help and front desk could not find maintenance so did not do anything else to resolve this. We asked for security — and front desk used our suggestion. Very frustrating that he lacked basic problem solving skills and follow through.
