"My wife had a health situation and Mario was extremely helpful in assisting us to find an appropriate Medical Center where they could carry out all the tests that were needed and where they were open 24 hours a day with a doctor to meet our needs late into the evening. IT GREATLY ASSISTED US IN BEING ABLE TO CONTINUE OUR TRAVELS."

"We spent our Thanksgiving holidays at The Hideaway to be close to our family to celebrate in Flatonia. It was a magnificent stay and so peaceful and quiet. We loved reading about the property’s history and seeing the amazing and transformative renovation on this special home. The beds were comfy, the cleanliness was exceptional and the management, Sarah Kate, always responded immediately with helpful information. I cannot say enough to show how wonderful this property is. "Close to the event we went to attend"

"We had a wonderful time! We fell in love with the 3 blue healers. Rocky, Shiner and Bebe. They were so sweet and we played with them a lot at night. The property is beautiful and out in nature. Loooved the outdoor shower. They have goats, chickens, roosters, it was so neat. James was so kind and he and helped us with directions to the local grocery store, Patek’s. It’s small but has everything you need. Also has great deli/butcher shop in the back. James also had a cheesecake waiting for us for our anniversary. We will definitely be back. We absolutely loved it! "
