I had an excellent experience here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They gave advice on things to do nearby and where to eat, and when we showed up fresh off a plane, they were very hospitable. The rooms were quite unique but I enjoyed that. I couldn't hear any noise from the street (which was good since it was the Taylor Swift weekend and Swifties were singing their hearts out every night), but I did hear people in the hallway - but not when they got in their room! The lounge downstairs was nice but a little limited, and I was very sad to see the rooftop bar was still closed. But would still recommend this hotel!! Great location to many popular attractions.

A good hotel for being in the centre of the city. We flew in like thousands of others for the Taylor Swift concerts that were cancelled, so it would have been nice if the staff could have organised something (a free drink, etc.) like most other hotels were doing. We went to the Max Brown hotel instead for their Swiftie hospitality.

Room was of adequate size,clean and cared for. The staff were helpful and went to greater effort to please. Breakfasts for me is unusual thing to participate in and every special request was followed with care by extremely pleasing hosts that encouraged me to try something different. The only things I could gripe about were lack of electricity sockets and the need to borrow adapters. Ohh and yes, I wished for a community area such as a bar or restaurant although I believe The Lamee across the road has one.

Absolutely the perfect place to stay! The breakfast was Fantastic! 24/7 coffee and snacks in the comforting lounge was the perfect retreat from tourist activities. The staff at the desk and In The lounge were phenomenal. Not just bi-lingual but multi-lingual were every staff member. Amazing and luxurious!

Perfect location to explore from

Lovely Hotel and Location
Fantastic location with well-maintained rooms. We had the Premium room and enjoyed the round window and fluffy robes. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very easy to find and get to from the airport (we used the CAT and subway). However, we did not choose to eat breakfast at the hotel as it was far too expensive - €20 per person per night (which was apparently a special offer, meaning that it is usually even more expensive!). Luckily, because the hotel is located right next to Stefanplatz, we had plenty of cheaper breakfast options to choose from nearby (as a comparison to the hotel's price, all breakfast meals that we ate at restaurants cost no more than €30 for two people). We were also sad that the rooftop bar was closed, because the weather was excellent during our stay, and we were looking forward to having a drink there in the evenings. Overall, we would quite happily use the Hotel Topazz to stay in Vienna again, but we were just a little disappointed with a couple of things, which I have mentioned above.
