The hotel was nice, we did not have any room service offered we took out our own trash, was told to not leave our pizza box outside? We had to beg for towels to shower and to use the pool.

The second shift girl was amazing, they really need better housekeeping. The first room the ring around the tub made it look as if they forgot it was there. We were able to switch rooms very easily with the help of this amazing front desk rep. That was nice enough to walk me to 2 additional rooms to ensure that they were cleaned properly. She was alone running the place with tons of complaints from guest, but was kind enough to ensure our comfort during our stay.
