A network of trails runs through natural coastal sage scrub habitat — a plant community that is rapidly disappearing in California. Arroyo Verde is home to many plants and animals.
Your cozy getaway awaits in Ventura at this beautiful studio. With 1 bedroom, this perfect retreat is ideal for solo guests or couples seeking a peaceful escape. Wake up to the gentle breeze and soak in the serene atmosphere of this inviting space. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and a washing machine. The 75” LG 4K Smart TV provided is without cable channels. The Smart TV has apps for guests to stream with their own media service subscriptions, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, ESPN, etc. For the EV charging, guests will pay the host $20 the first night (charging only 9pm-9am) ; $15 each additional night of stay for the privilege of using the installed Tesla Wall Connector EV charger. Home away from home
Great location with beautiful views from the outdoor patio. The space is laid out very well, with everything you need (and then some) in a relatively small space. Comfortable bed and great shower with both overhead and handheld features. Washer/dryer inside a spacious closet. Huge TV and a large computer monitor you can hook up to that would allow you to work from there easily. Off street parking. The hosts provided many additional items such as a variety of teas, coffees, creamers, water and various high-end bath products. Highly recommend and would easily stay there again.

We had a restful stay. While we had hoped to be closer to Ojai for the concert we were seeing, the drive back and forth wasn’t too long. The room is very comfortable and the amenities useful. Thank you for such a trouble free stay.

Gorgeous house on a great walking trail. Loved the nice touches in the space! Cushy bath mats. Comfy bed and sheets. Large TV. Super clean! Million dollar views at an affordable price. The outdoor seating was comfortable and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Nice communication with clear directions in her text and on the app. Would love to stay here again.

It was so nice, perfect for a single person or a couple. Very quiet area. Owners were very good about communicating with me when something came up, such as a power outage. I had an issue the last evening I was there and they came right away and took care of it. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you’re ever in the Ventura area.

Good but no good
We traveled for our sons graduation and only stayed one night. The property is beautiful and very well put together. However, we were awaken and startled at 1:30 am by another couple who simply walked in the unit. They fully walked in, turned on the lights and discovered that we were there sleeping. The host reached out right away, saying sorry for the inconvenience. However, this was more than an inconvenience.
