This was really a great property to stay. My wife and I stayed 10 days 9 nights in the Grand Deluxe Canal View room. We had a great view of the Rialto Bridge and Canal. The place is very strategic and central, being near the Realto Bridge. Sylvia and other staff were very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay during the Venice Carnivale 2025. It's near food and groceries, so very convenient. Also a 10-12 minute walk to San Marco Square. Will definitely come back.

The property overall was average, the room we selected was very very small, the climate was not working well and it was not up-kept. The plus for the property is the staff is phenomenal and helpful! The property is in a perfect and beautiful location, and is walkable to many amazing dining options and shops.

Beautiful hotel. Just a few steps away from the Trevi fountain. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The people that work there extremely friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located next to the main canal where you can access it by water taxi or water bus. 15 minutes to St. Marks Square. Staff is nice. They provided a breakfast when we left at 4pm in the morning.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful! The location is almost right at the center of everything and you have multiple transportation methods. We stayed for 7 days and over time the beds started to give us back pain (I think they're spring beds and we're just used to memory foam). The breakfast was phenomenal every time but could use more variety as it was the same choices for all 7 days. I did enjoy how safe and homey the hotel felt though! Recommended for anyone going to Venice for the first time.

Great location in Venice, very close to all the main sites and transport. Staff were super helpful, polite and made me feel welcome, thank you. The room was quite small but everything worked fine and suited a weekend stay. Be aware that the hotel is close to the main tourist areas so can be noisy in the evening. Breakfast was a good selection and there is a great view of Ponte di Realto from the balcony.

Overall the hotel is at a good location, staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough, very lively area, we booked the canal view outside the room they have a bigger balcony which you get a better view from and can take pics and videos here, in regards to sleep, glad we only stayed for one night as you can hear all the racket outside and there was loud music and singing coming from the streets until the early hours of the morning, there’s also breakfast served right outside our bedroom door which again will wake you up in the morning
