We loved our stay, it is in a great location, so if you're doing a spot of shopping and need to pop back for the toilet, wi-fi or to recharge your feet it is very convenient. Staff were friendly, we had a balcony, room was cleaned daily and breakfast was great too.

Its an older hotel so the rooms are a bit small and even smaller bathrooms. However it is very clean, the staff is wonderful and helpful, close walk from Rialto water bus stop and in just a great location.

Didn’t like the small room, bath with no counter space, powdered eggs at breakfast, a hairdryer that was more of a vacuum hose and a shower that I, 136 pounds, could barely move in. I did like the location and the thick towels

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to all the major sights. Our room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. While the bathroom could benefit from a minor refresh, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. Highly recommend for a stay in Venice.
