Property was conveniently located and very clean. Room was tiny. Maid cleaned the room the first day. Never saw anyone at reception desk, but did not need anything so that was not a problem

Perfect Venice hotel!
Wonderful hotel in the heart of Venice. Staff was super friendly and the instructions for check in and directions were excellent. There is a water taxi / gondola pickup directly in front of the hotel as well, which made for easy trip to the train station. The staff provided their recommendations for food and drink around the city and said “this is where we eat and drink” and every recommendation was excellent It was a perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, easy to get to from the station, and right in the center of the city. The staff are so friendly and warm. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. I loved having a view of the canal, too. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Perfect Stay
Our stay here was incredible. We are three college students on a study abroad trip that used one of our free weekends to head to Venice. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful! We were greeted with him helping us bring our luggage up, and check in was made to be very easy. He gave us a whole list of local restaurants which was amazing! We went to 2 of them and they were affordable and absolutely delicious. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. I would recommend anyone stay here for a few nights in Venice, it was wonderful and I'm so glad I choice to stay here!

The hotel location was great. It has a homely feeling. Though reception is not staffed 24 hours the staff are very helpful during day time. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed.

This small hotel was very clean and conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions around Venice. The hotel manager was very enthusiastic and helpful in every way, offering up suggestions and directions that were much appreciated by us as first time visitors to Venice. He even printed up tickets for one of our tours that we forgot to print up at home. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Be aware however, that there is a restaurant downstairs that can get noisy at night, but this many be fairly common in an older, dense city like Venice. We were not bothered too much by the noise and really loved the hotel's ambiance, location, and the attention to service offered up by the hotel's manager.

The location was right in the center of Venice. We had the only balcony room, which we left the door open. Problem was there was a lot of late night partying noise by the restaurant below and nearby drinking facilities. Then in morning ( 6 am ) they were revving up the motor boats in the canal directly below our room. You wouldn't even know that there was a hotel there, as you had to walk through the outdoor restaurant below to get to it. They allowed us to check in early as our room was ready.

This was a perfect place to stay in Venice. It is centrally located very near the Rialto Bridge, and the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful! Despite this was a one star hotel, it was truly wonderful. The only difficult part was carrying our over sized luggage up the stairway! It was worth it though. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! I was nervous as they indicate they are a one star facility, but they blew my expectations out of the water. They were responsive to my questions before I arrived, and provided excellent instructions on how to get to and in the hotel. There may not be someone there but they make it super convenient to self serve. When you do meet the staff - They are friendly, helpful, welcoming. There is no elevator, the stairway is narrow and was a bit strenuous to get my checked bag up. Could not carry both checked and carry on at the same time because of size of stairs but it was fine. Welcomed with complimentary still, sparking water, Prosecco, and some cookies. The room was well decorated Venetian style, and very clean. No English speaking channels on tv but it’s expected. Shampoo was individual packets, I didn’t use them. They had hair dryer, electric kettle, qtips, mini fridge, wardrobe, clean towels, awesome AC, but lacking on ventilation, if I didn’t have AC on it didn’t feel like there was much airflow in the room so I had to keep it on to not feel stuffy. Open windows let in pests otherwise it would’ve been another option. Location was perfect. 5 min from water bus, 7 min walk to other side of island to go to Murano or bus to airport. If you take a private water taxi, it’s right on the canal so you’d get door service. Lots and lots of restaurants and shops right at the doorstep, but also within very short distances of the hotel. Highly recommend.

Small hotel in the heart of Venice. Very clean. Lots of dining options close by and just a few minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. Front desk only manned occasionally, but very helpful when present. Very steep stairs to reach the lobby. Could be difficult to manage with heavy luggage. There’s no elevator but there was a stairlift that we could have used. Unfortunately the bathroom had a foul odor in the mornings.
