This is such a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with an incredible view of a canal, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return if we get the opportunity, this was our favorite hotel while traveling through Italy.

Fabulous and wonderfully priced!
Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. They helped us with our bags which was a Godsend after a day of traveling and going up and down steps. Beautiful room with an amazing view of the canal. Great restaurant suggestions and helpful with directions. We will be returning to this hotel many times in the future!

Dreamy room on the canal
Just dreamy! Right on the canal with a beautiful room ! I opened the window one morning and someone was singing “Volare!” So awesome! Close to everything. (Stairs up to the room are steep is the only downside) Highly recommend

Great room with plenty of space and lovely balcony view of the canal. Lots of nice touches like coffee machine, free Prosecco. This is more managed apartments than a hotel which was no issue to us as enjoyed just being left alone, but some may prefer being in a hotel with all the facilities onsite.

Lovely Hotel and Stay
We spent a few days in Venice before heading to Rome and could not have chosen a better location to stay. The concierge had a key waiting for us and provided us with a map of the city and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was the perfect size and was clean and provided amenities necessary to stay for a few days. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. While no restaurant in the hotel, there is no shortage of restaurants in the direct area.

It was a good stay at the centre of the city. Everything was at walking distance. We got the room with a view to the canal. The disadvantage is that it can get noisy from the canals. Even though our room was a bit small, it was really clean with a modern bathroom. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They had also prepared an itinerary with their suggestions. We could leave our luggage there even after checking out.

The best thing about this site is Stefano the owner. He helped us with so many things before and during our stay. This site is close enough to walk to the Vatican, the forum and the hill. It is not close to Roma Termini and public transportation is hard to use so some costs for taxis. The hotel is a boutique site so there is no front desk. Stefano meets you there to check you in. But he gives you his cell number so he is available if needed. The room is not large but it is comfortable. Great place for the cost.

Amazing experience! Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Hotel is easy to find and in the heart of Venice. A great location to explore on foot. Room was clean and refreshed everyday. The staff are intimate and care about your experience and love the city of Venice ! The recommendations they make for food and tours is top notch, please follow and trust the list provided. This hotel made Venice a top city of our two week trip!

Beautiful hotel.
This is one of the cutest hotels I have stayed at so far. It was in a perfect location and right off the Gondola. The room was Venetian styled and so cute. The only downside was the shower curtain. I would highly encourage them to change the shower curtain as it had a little mold build up from the humidity. Other than that absolutely no complaints!

The hospitality at this hotel is second to none. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The care put toward providing detailed, personalized and extensive recommendations, little things like a library of guidebooks, an easy and early check in, detailed arrival instructions sent far in advance, plus a lovely room, made this a very special experience. Highly recommended.
