Place was old, I'm talking 50's old. Looks to have same furniture from 50's. Couch was filthy! I pulled the spread from the bed to put over it inside out. Bed was clean. Refrigerator didn't work had towels inside to dry it out I assume. We realized there was no air conditioner soon after arriving

The property was not appealing on the outside and you could tell it was older and could use some refurbishing inside and out. But the room was clean and for the price for only one night it was fine.

Location is central and convenient. Front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel is old and rather run down, but clean and reasonably priced compared to most hotels in Vancouver. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a suit instead of a single room. Free parking was a definite bonus. We hope to be back there later this year.
