Beautiful Home!
We loved our stay! The home was clean, beautiful and well-appointed. Even better, it was close to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Sam is an excellent host and is very helpful and responsive.

Fantastic apartment for city stay
The apartment is brand new spec within a period house, and perfect for 5 people. The location was perfect, 1 min walk to sunset beach with parking nearby. The host (Sam) was extremely responsive and attentive to all of our needs and always happy to help. This was the best experience I have ever had with a peer-to-peer property rental, entirely because Sam was so helpful with anything we asked - even local recommendations. You really need to stay here if you are staying in Vancouver.

Amazing
I stayed at the property for approximately four nights and had an amazing experience. The location was quiet yet close to all the activities in downtown. The property was beautiful and very clean. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job. Sam was incredibly helpful, responding to any requests right away without any delay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location to start exploring from
Plenty of room in the place for everyone, even teenagers :) Location was a perfect starting place to get out and see the sites from, and loads of different restaurants close by for any tastes. Host was very responsive to messages and wanting to help out as needed.

Convenient location and clean property
Property is new and clean - true to the online posting description. The three bedrooms were spacious to accommodate 5 pax easily. There is a construction site and alley right next to the house which intrudes on the privacy if blinds are open. However if you don’t mind keeping the windows/blinds closed it’s perfectly fine. Location of the property is amazing - short walk to the beach, quick water taxi to Granville island, lots of food options and supermarket/pharmacy right on Davie St closeby. Sam has also been very responsive during our stay to ensure we are comfortable and any questions answered promptly. Thank you!

Excellent Place in Downtown for Family stay and Safe Location
We spent four nights with our two kids. The property is very clean, well decorated and all the amenities were provided better than our expections for a comfortable and memorable stay. We along with kids enjoyed walking to food places and ocean front as well as shopping nearby. The wi-fi was real fast. The house is almost like new and comes with the beautiful kitchen and amazing bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were very comfortable for us and it can be very accomodating for a family of upto six persons. SAM has been very hospitable and reliable host who took care of our needs and responded as well as guided us during our stay. You can not go wrong if you wanna enajoy a vaaction with family staying at this location.

Great place in a great location!
I stayed at Sam's property with my family for a week and loved it. The unit was very new and included everything we could need, and the in-unit laundry was a bonus. The location was perfect and central to seeing the city not to mention a short walk to the water for some nice views. Sam was a wonderful host and we can't wait to visit Vancouver again, we'd definitely stay here next time!

Great Location - super easy
Our 5 days spent at the property were great. It is on great location that makes getting anywhere very easy. Taxi boats, bikeways straight to Stanley Park and public transport stops are just a few minutes away. The property is brand new so everything was looking great. Thank you for everything and we hope to be back. Loved the property and Vancouver.
