The staff were genuinely pleasant and welcoming. The room was superb, the swimming pool long and beautiful, the lounge a lovely spot to decompress, the location close to great restaurants and arts venues. I think this is the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed at and can hardly wait to make a return visit.

Excellent property right in the center of everything in downtown. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Suite was unique, very comfortable and had a nice view. We stayed for a few days and truly enjoyed ourselves. We will stay at this property again next time we are in Vancouver.

Really beautiful spot in Vancouver. Right on Robson Street, which is a great walk if you’re a tourist and want to explore the shops and local cuisine. Hotel staff were exceptional and the rooms were lovely and comfortable.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The price was very reasonable, yet the room and overall experience were amazing. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, they even left chocolates in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every single person we interacted with, even the staff at the hotel restaurant, was so friendly and welcoming. I was truly impressed. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know!
