"We enjoyed our 2 day stay at the property very much! We played a lot of pickleball, which was a quick walk from the house and just enjoyed time together playing games in the evening."

"Very quiet. We are 4 brothers 70+ having a reunion. One slept on the Murph and it was fine. Tv was not working for first day, but worked fine after the tech came and fixed it. Should have tv instructions in the book or near the set as there are multiple remotes. Also, should have phone number to call for assistance. Thanks for the stay."

"Our stay was great! It was clean, roomy, well stocked and lovely. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of rattles in the wind at night. To be fair, it was really really windy… but the rattles seemed to start on the roof and go down through the middle of the house. It was particularly prominent in the master bathroom. That said, we slept great on the other nights!"

"This property was impeccably, clean and incredibly tastefully decorated. The comfort of all of the furniture and amenities was beyond our expectations. Each and every thing in the house is well labeled and directions for everything were communicated to us before hand or easily found a pre-prepared manual Left in the kitchen. The decor of the home is luxury at its finest yet comfort of everything within equally matches. Our family that traveled from New York and California had a magnificent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was certainly a lovely place to come back to for rest after a long day of sightseeing in the surrounding areas."

"Just a couple of thing's. Small Bedroom patio was unusable because of the large amount of spider webs all over the furniture, windows and railings.Ice dispencer quit working the day we left. Overall great place for our large family. "

"we loved everything about the ledges condo and community. The house was very roomy and functional and accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved having a pool and Pickleball court so close the restaurant was delicious as well thank you so much. We will be back."
