The staff were very friendly and we appreciated the English fluency. They made it easy to briefly check our luggage on the day of departure so we could take a tou between check-out and our flight out of Ushuaia. For people not used to using Whatsapp it's highly recommended to download the app as Andino relies on this for communication and key code. (Our tour company was the same way for communication, as were businesses for making phone reservations). The queen bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The view of the mountains was wonderful out of our bedroom, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view at the breakfast area on the 4th floor. The water could take a bit of time to warm up, but when it did it could be quite hot. Radiators were available to use in both the bedroom and living room, and the towel warmer in the bathroom was a great touch. Lastly, breakfast was fantastic. It was hard to choose between all the food and beverage options. We would happily stay at Andino again.

Lovely place with attentive staff. Service above and beyond with a free bottle of wine at check in and even restaurant recommendations in town. Quiet and comfortable. Spent a restful night after hours of traveling. The breakfast with a view was an added bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel in Ushuaia. From this hotels open terrace you can enjoy the panoramic view of the most beautiful city at the end of the world and breathe fresh air from the mountains and ocean nearby. My room was excellent with very good views of the Beagle channel. The breakfast was high quality and the whole day coffee and treats make everyone happy. The staff members were kind and friendly. They did an upgrade for me at minimal price since there were rooms available. The staff members are hard working and they go out of their way to help you. Thanks! a ton Staff members. Me and my family enjoyed the stay in your hotel and city.

Centrally located made it easy to walk anywhere. The room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning is worth it, the views of the city is beai. Staff were super nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping us get a taxi to airport. Would stay here again!

Almost everything in town is 10 minutes from the airport. The thing that separates this hotel from the others is the top floor breakfast dining / general lounge looking over the bay and mountains (~360 degrees panorama).

Very nicely appointed hotel
While the hotel was lovely and very well decorated the room was very cold the second day and night. It was so uncomfortable you had to stay under the bedcovers to watch TV. Everything else was really good.

Everythibg great. Impressive brekafast. Only iss was that the bed sheet was too small foe the mattress. Could not be tucked under matress so made sleeping uncomfortable.
