Fresh decor and furniture, decent size fridge with freezer (for our frozen meals), fabulous veranda, choice of fire or reverse AC, hot shower with decent pressure. Recommend blockout blinds in the upstairs bedrooms and a hook or two in the bathroom. Loved the architecture and location- adjacent bridle trails through healthy jarrah woodlands making for lovely walks. Delightful! "

"We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Samson Brook Bed and Breakfast and wanted to express our gratitude for the exceptional experience. The tranquil beauty described on the website perfectly captured the serene ambiance that surrounded us throughout our visit. The large outdoor area, where animals roamed freely and a picturesque creek meandered through the property, created a peaceful atmosphere that resonated with nature lovers and seekers of a peaceful environment. Our chosen accommodation, the "Country room," exceeded expectations with its generous size, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, pristine cleanliness, high-quality bed linen and furniture. A welcoming message with some treats made us feel pampered from the very start. And the scenic view of the horse paddock from the window, added an extra layer of comfort. The bathroom was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped, complete with extra-soft bath towels. The common dining room, overlooking the back porch with a view of the country, was well-appointed for breakfast or leisure activities such as reading one of the many books available for guests or playing games. Alternatively, in the morning, guests could join hosts Lisa and Steve in the main house for breakfast, where the modern, fully renovated, huge kitchen set the perfect stage for a delightful morning meal. The variety of choices surpassed expectations, showcasing the meticulous attention to detail that sets Samson Brook apart."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Not that items or bedding was dirty, it was about the red back spiders that were on the kitchen work tops. It was the dust/cobwebs in all corners, it was black flys in the door frames. And skirting boards, not cleaned. Pantry cupboard shelves black flys or something and drawer and cupboards not completely cleaned. The first thing we did when we got in was sweep up and clean up!! Over all it was about going that extra mile in cleaning, it’s what is expected when paying to stay in a place, even more so for the amount we paid. But positive, equipment to use to cook, good selection, also great IGA in Boddington. Good bathrooms, good shower, 4 adults able to seat in the lounge and play games comfortably. We also had our dog, 2 large paddocks to let her off and chase balls. Shame the paddock with the house is not fully fenced in, so that if we sat outside she could run free."
