"Extremely friendly and helpful check-in. I forgot to ask for a room close to the elevator for my elderly mother and they were very accommodating. The hotel, while a little dated - is right on the water and the sea side has a great view. The elevator are very fast, and the restaurant and bar have great food."

"While the property was quite spacious there were some issues around: 1. use of laundry 2 remotes for tvs didnt work 3. There were NO knives other than huge carving knives and very small butter knives. Normal size table knives were absent. 4. There was no toaster or kettle for boiling water. 5 Diana was away which is ok but there was no one we could talk to about any of the concerns and only that we complained by email were we then able to access the laundry eventhough the apartment advert was clear that it would be available. 5. Diana's manner towards us was at times rude and often unhelpful. When we asked about the tv remotes her response was that she didn't know how they worked! "
