Our stay was great. I must say that customer service there is absolutely amazing. Although valet is $60 per 24 hours, they make you feel extremely valued. There are offsite parking options if you don’t mind a brief walk. You can pretty much walk everywhere so if you don’t have to have a car, I wouldn’t rent one. We only used our rental once outside of airport travel.

My wife was surprised how nice the hotel was considering it is dog-friendly. No problem taking our dog. Staff was very friendly. Walking to the Riverwalk was easy. It’s just far enough away from all the Riverwalk restaurants & shops to maintain a quiet atmosphere but close enough to stroll down the to the busier areas.

This might be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire facility was very nice. Everything seemed brand new. Noise is always an issue at a hotel, but I never heard anything from neighbors or from the outside while inside our room. Would definitely stay here again.
