Excellent location. My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property is beautiful. Yes it’s old but still beautiful and clean. King-size bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property was beautiful. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was large. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and the service was excellent! Would stay here again.

Disappointed at this price point.
Room was not as promised. No private balcony. As far as the room itself... Bed was hard. Room was beautiful but small. Like I said balcony is shared and brings security concerns. If you go make sure you call and ask a for a lower room. If you are 5th or 6th floor you can't really see the river. However it did help keep the noise down. The hotel itself is beautiful and very peaceful. Amazing location direct access to the Riverwalk. Just don't expect the rooms to live up to everything else.

Genuinely the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in. Every staff member i encountered was very kind and willing to help with a smile on their face. My only complaint is that the street traffic was loud.

Hotel was not worth the price. The beds were terrible and worn out, probably need to be replaced. No soap in room. People were roaming around intoxicated at 1:30 AM creating loud noise. The front desk personnel and valet were very nice. Probably consider another place to stay in 2 weeks when I return to San Antonio.

The hotel is located on the river as same as too many others. Rooms have doors that open to the halls but in a two queen beds room you can barely open it or have room to get through. Also, we didn’t know we had to pay outside parking every day and every time we had to use our car we had to pay $15, not for the day but every single time we had to move our car. Omni has a parking area for “valet” service only which will cost you an extra $60 a day. This should be fully disclosed at booking.

The location is not only convenient for going to the River Walk and attractions downtown like the Alamo, but access is easy for parking, so driving to other farther away attractions makes coming and going really easy. Hotel is lovely and as pictured online.

The restaurant needs to be restored to what it once was years ago with a top notch Sunday brunch, now you have a restaurant that does not give you top quantity food but charges you high $$$ with mediocre food. Not what i expected from a high-end hotel, i expect a memorable experience,many more hotels and restaurants are following this protocol, sadly make going out not worth it.
