Excellent location. My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property is beautiful. Yes it’s old but still beautiful and clean. King-size bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! My only complaint was a foul smell in the bathroom that never left. Other than that the property was beautiful. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was large. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and the service was excellent! Would stay here again.

Hotel was not worth the price. The beds were terrible and worn out, probably need to be replaced. No soap in room. People were roaming around intoxicated at 1:30 AM creating loud noise. The front desk personnel and valet were very nice. Probably consider another place to stay in 2 weeks when I return to San Antonio.

This Hotel was nice but the Elevator was HORRIBLE!! You spend too much for rooms to have an Elevator that’s SLOW and HOT!! Only 1????? ENGINEERING PROPERTY STOCKHOLDERS NEED to REVISIT this !!! STAFF is SOo KIND!!! ROOMS are SMALL for the MONEY with RIVER VIEW!!!! Overall fun TRIP we would Probably Come Back!!

First and foremost the staff on this property have exemplary service and attitude towards customers here. You can really tell that the staff genuinely care about your stay. The gentleman working the front receptionist counter who assisted in checking me in was beyond helpful. Gave recommendations for attractions near by and food spots as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a nice retreat in San Antonio. The service and hospitality are above and beyond here. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was beautiful and clean. Toiletries and hotel smelled great. Area outside the hotel is being built up though and right across the street from a busy parking garage which made it very noisy. It was significantly cheaper parking than the hotel so treading back and fourth wasn’t ideal. Construction outside of the hotel and lots of traffic on the weekend. Breakfast cost $70 for 2 people at the hotel restaurant. Pool looks lovely but small. Great stay, but not likely to come back because of parking situation and area outside the hotel was not serene.

You won't find a better location along the Riverwalk! The Omni la Mansion is elegant with rich history. Originally built as a boys catholic school in the 1800's, it was turned into a hotel that still bears originality of the school. Hotel room was spotless. Pool area is in the old school courtyard and is meticulously maintained. Even in the Texas heat the pool was incredibly refreshing. The location of this hotel was icing on the cake for us! We never once used our rental car because walking was far easier. Speaking of cars, we parked across the street in the parking garage for $10/day rather than using the hotel valet. The food all along the Riverwalk was AMAZING! Just below the hotel is a loading dock for the River Tour Boat Ride. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST! The boat driver talk all about the history of the area. As first-time visitors, we learned so much. Don't hesitate to book here!!

This is a beautiful hotel situated in a great spot along the riverwalk. You can quickly access many of the great restaurants & shops nearby, as well as Alamo plaza. Also, for those who may feel the valet parking is too expensive, there is a parking garage right across the street where it's only $10 a day.
