Was easy to check in. Rooms were nice, the AC didn’t work very well. It was winter time but the room was very warm. Learned you can lightly open the window though. Breakfast accommodation with non dairy milk which was nice. Cute picture area was set up for Christmas also.

This hotel was perfect for our large family! They had a very large breakfast area and lounge area with large tables for our whole family! The suite we got was also spacious! AND the pool was WARM!!!

Pros - Hotel is tucked in off the main road so there is no traffic noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our tv was missing the HDMI cord and the front desk was quick to source another one. The breakfast area is very large which is nice. Cons - The bed spreads on both beds and a couple pillow cases had noticable stains. The blackout curtains had tape over multiple holes which is pretty janky. Additionally, the tub drained poorly causing water to back up while showering. The restrooms in the pool area were extremely dirty to the extent my kids wouldn't use them and the hot tub had quite a bit of sand in the bottom of it. Not sure why that was. Hotel is decent but some deep cleaning and updating would improve the experience immensely. Not sure I'll be back until a remodel has been done.
