The staff made this stay welcoming, warm & perfect. Early check in- easy to request additional towels- Matthew Simpson, Landon, Leonard, Cherry & Lucas Tipton were EXCEPTIONAL. This is the best hotel stay I have EVER had. And that is saying a WHOLE LOT. I am so grateful for their compassion & service & kindness.

This is your typcial hotel/conference center. The coffee shop was great! All in all a solid hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The downfall is lack of signage and confusing parking. Since it is a conference center there needs to be better signs directing you to check in and elevators, etc. The staff did not offer any directions such as where elevators were, how to get to room, etc. Additionally we paid for parking but then it wasn't explained where the parking was and it is a public lot with no signs explaining it is the hotel parking. We had to drive around the block once. After entering THEN you see a sign stating it's for the HYATT among others. Frustrating!

Value for money with the Expedia rate. some of the passengers very disturbing with noise. some staff very pleasant and friendly, only 1-2 staff very rude! The shuttle staff was very helpful and polite. Small swimming pool but available. Good gym facilities. A walking distance The Brook Restaurant and Bar, is very affordable with exceptional food, quality, and big portions. DGX supermarket is just 2 blocks from the hotel.

I did not like that there was a fee to park of 21$, did not like that the roof top pool location did not allow for sun to reach it till probably late afternoon and it was of no use to me since check in was at 4pm and check out was at 11. I did not get a “friendly” feel from the staff either. I chose this hotel because it was close to the locations I would be visiting and because it had a roof top pool that I expected to use to get a tan. The room was not clean- it looked like a quarter size spot of blood or something on the tile floor

Went to the bar for a a quick bite and a drink. Sunshine is an amazing person and worker. Absolutely love her energy and helpfulness. The ravioli is to die for. Go see Sunshine and eat some ravioli. Highly recommend. Checking out was easy, quick and fun. Justin helped us during check out. He is hilarious, knowledgeable and very kind.
