"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan of 2025! We absolutely loved it. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Food: breakfast buffet was amazing and worth signing up for. We didn’t sign up for it initially but was no problem to go down and charge it to your room. Amazing coffee and amazing breakfast food lay out Pools were great, clean and lots of chairs to choose from. Multiple pools around the resort with swim up bars. The resort is directly in the beach so you are walkable distance to so many vendors and lunch/ dinner options. I’d recommend bread fusion that is on the strip. Amazing sandwhiches and smoothie bowls! Rooms were hugeeeeee, amazing amenities like a gym and workout classes, and massive balconies to enjoy some quiet time. The resort also had a minimarket you can go and buy water and snacks at. Overall would highly highly recommend this resort to stay at!!"

"Room / 'balcony' was not as photos showed on booking. Our room was ground floor, which meant great access out onto the beachfront along the corridor, but our 'balcony' was a patio into the alleyway. The room overall was clean, but had a strong (unpleasant) stale smell which hung around for two days despite trying to ventilate. Room decor was outdated and tired, but the bed was very large and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a thicker bed cover available (only a sheet on the bed), as the aircon was either very cold or blew out warm stale smelling air. On the third day, we came back to find a cockroach in our room, which wasn't nice, but the staff were very good at dealing with quickly. There were beach towels available from reception for guests to use, towels were threadbare (beach and bathroom) and some shed clumps of black pubic hairs when using. The location was amazing, right out onto the beach and the Beach Fusion cafe does exceptional food and drink (breakfast, lunch and dinner - paid separately). Overall we would not stay again because of the hygiene problems, but the location was what saved it for us whilst we were there. "

"Really great stay!! It was in a great area and very walkable to reach Kamala Beach. The rooms are fine and really all you need (we don’t spend much time in the room anyway). I honestly have no complaint. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. I absolutely would recommend staying here. Location is key!!! "

"We had a bungalow with a nice view to the garden. The cleaning crew was very friendly and helpful especially FON the cleaning lady. The only annoying thing was the duplex, double bungalow with the wall and the door between with zero sound poofing. I could hear every word of my neighbor even the snoring and ... whatever. "

"We had a great experience staying at Sunwing. First we stayed at their beach bungalow as our 3 children love to be close to the beach, then we moved to the pool access family deluxe rooms. Renelyn from customer service was amazing helping with room recommendation and managing all accommodations for us. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again."
