The room smelled a little off and the jacuzzi didn't work. Thankfully there was another room available. The tv stopped working halfway through the stay and they couldn't fix it. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn't flush properly. The room itself was ok, some broken tiles around the tub. The breakfast was satisfactory but they only served powdered cream, very disappointing for the morning coffee.

I was there for a three night stay... Room key needed to be reset each day. Mattress in the room I was in has past its best before date, as has the comfort of the chair. House keeping staff are very diligent, however perhaps washing the floor under the vanity would prove to be a nice touch.

Washroom not clean enough, TV doesn't work breakfast sucks, no egg no other options only breads butter and jam. Breakfast room very small and not enough room to sit and move around smaller then a guest room. Third world countries hotel's are better than the one. Disgrace to Canadian standard.
