I was called on the day of the booking. Payment was made and I was told the key would be under the mat. Arrived 5-5.30 pm, no key under the mat. Reception locked. Called the contact number, rang out twice. Eventually was called back, someone would be back at the property in 15-20 mins. Motel is located very close to a main road and lots of trucks passing in the early hours, so not a good sleep

An older motel and it’s furnishings reflect that. Could do with a n update, however comfortable enough and simple to locate for an overnight stay. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a coverlet over the sheet on the bed. I had to search the room for the dooner ( which was not on the bed but in a cupboard and there was no cover on it )and there were no spare pillows in the room.

I have never left a bad review before, but fell compelled to warn others about this property. We stayed here in January, 2024. The only reason we stayed in Ingham was to see nearby Wallaman Falls. On arrival, the staff claimed not to have our prepaid reservation. After spelling my name to them several times, they finally found the reservation. We had reserved the spa room, assuming it would be 1 of the best rooms as it was the most expensive room. In fact it was small, dirty, full of ants and cockroaches, and smelled like sewage. We were awoken by others in the common areas checking in late at night. Overall the worst place we stayed during our 3 month journey.

The room had bugs over the bed. The situation has been notified to them.! However they ignored.! Motel Ingham staffs could act more meticulously & attentive rather than being rude by saying that, you’re not a Queenslander, and acting like, those situations was normal things.! if they servicing on the motel & tourism sector! Guys you have a lot of things to learn about it! First things about honesty in the business.! Also I kindly requested from them personally on first day, second day of booking refund, rather than canceling over the online. ! Because room wasn’t ok! Not clean, no plates, taps wasn’t working properly and broken! Moreover We didn’t sleep after long way trip from NSW. Me and my mum were so upset and unhappy in this situation. They told to me previously they will refund to me second day of booking, somehow they didn’t share any of with me any documents of the refund, after that, I went to office other day following day morning, and asked them about refund they still said to me about their policy! Seems like they care more about their policy rather than costumer happiness and right & fair service to costumer. A few hours later I went to their office again coz my mum said they may fix the room after those issues and I had asked them can we stay again if the room is ok, the manager said already I refunded to you. But Refund receipt shows different card numbers and it wasn’t mine.! Anyway I wish them best!

Stayed 1 night at Motel Ingham. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Right across from TYTO Wetlands and the information centre, but about a 10min walk to main town centre (nice walk during daylight along the wetlands boardwalk). Floors were tiled and with it being wet season, would just suggest having a floor mat at the door to wipe shoes as you enter.
