I asked the staff if we can check out a bit later than the normal 12pm. They helped me to extend to 1pm. The staffs are so nice. And youll jave 10 dollar credit for the Starbucks or restaurant in th lobby.:) Will definitely come back next time.

Staff is very friendly, professional and knows to handle exhausted customer during check in/check out. Room is clean. Restaurant/Coffee shop nearby. Complimentary breakfast has great options. Highly Recommend. Note: the only thing is the door open/shut sound , and if someone is outside your door close to your room or when someone open/shuts the door you can hear it inside the room.

The hotel is more appropriate for business trips. I was traveling with my family. I chose this because Expedia shows " family friendly " which is absolutely lie. The lobby was niosy and full of poeple in casual dress code with the same badge on the chest. All areas around the exit doors full of people smoking different kind of stuff on the break time from the conference room in the hotel. No parking spot st the front because of the conferences. Covered parking was not safe. I didn't park after the first night some homeless parked beside me,there is no gate no camera no maintenence in the covered parking,so scary. The staff didn't help when i decided to checkout early. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR VOCATION.
