Just horrible
I booked a double queen bed. They automatically downgraded me to a single bed and then I had to pay an extra $10 to get the queen bed I originally booked additionally I booked a non-smoking room but they left pillows from a smoking room so I got practically zero sleep because my throat kept closing And when I brought this up to them, they’re like oh and did nothing about it. Horrible place will never go again.

Decent motel for an affortable price considering the Toronto area. Room was clean, WIFI and TV were rough tho. Good place for short stay. Parking was a huge plus.

The air conditioning was not working and the tv had a shade of blue weird I asked the front desk to change room and the lady came check and accommodated my request The room that I had sis not have an iron on or a board Or a coffee maker

Okay for one night
We were not expecting much when we booked this room for one night. The bathroom was clean but the floor on the room was not. I was walking barefoot for a bit and my feet were quite dusty. Bed was okay but the comforter had what I believe are cigarrette holes.

Towels and doors, bath tub, etc weren't very clean. It worked for what we needed. I had surgery and needed a place to sleep. You get what you pay for. Staff was nice though.

The beds were full of dust, which made my children unable to sleep all night because the dust caused them allergies. The head pillows were very bad compared to the price. They were very bad

This was truly a 3 star experience, but my one night stay here was also the cheapest I could find for my trip, so it might be that you get what you pay for here. Staff were totally fine, and the location is very convenient (not a pleasant walkable street but very short easy drives to anything youd need). The room however was very unsettling - the tub and sink were visibly dirty, there were large stains on the walls in the main room and burn holes in the comforter on the bed. And after walking around the room for maybe 5 minutes in sock feet while I was unpacking a little, the bottoms of my socks were coated in brown grime. I could also hear people outside, next door, and moving through the motel at all hours of the day - the walls might be very thin? If you need a real bargain stay and dont plan on showering or taking your shoes off, then this place is totally fine. If youre looking for comfort, I would stay elsewhere.

Clean units on the second floor. I would have preferred a unit in the first floor but it smelled like raid. Luckily the receptionist was able to give us rooms on the second floor and warned us about the bad smell. View is ugly. Rooms are ok.
