This property is a bit dated, but the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool was heated which was amazing for January.

Like an upscale motel 6 way overpriced
The bathroom Was broken and still being renovated the shower was not working well. We were only given one towel and had to ask for extras. Nothing seemed to be open there was no in room dining. The bathroom Was small and almost impossible To get ready in. The shower cap thing was missing and also we were under the impression this room would have a tub

Had to change rooms cause toilet wouldn’t flush in first room. Toilet wasn’t bolted down in second room but did flush, so took that as a win. Couldn’t find a working ice machine. Overall it’s a nice place but needs more upkeep and maintenance.

The one jacuzzi was very small and we were not able to go in with it alwats being used. I would suggest a bigger hot tub or another one for a resort this big.

Our stay was very pleasant. They seemed to be understaffed. The hot tub was small and a bit dirty. Enjoyed the pool area otherwise. Food was excellent but pricy. 12/24

Nice spot!
Great hotel. Huge property with multiple pools, bars , ping pong tables etc. All of the rooms are outdoor entry which seems like the theme in AZ. Staff was friendly. Room was big and clean. Stayed for 4 nights. A+
