Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The shower wasnt the best as it had a broken faucet. Overall, great hotel.

Got to property late around 145 am was able to check in but this day it happen to be 65 degrees so room was cold with ac blowing all day so I go to the thermostat turn the temp to 80 to take chill out room only issue is heat does not come on so all night I’m cold so I call the front desk in the morning and the act like it’s my fault that I was suppose to call front desk because the have to turn off ac and turn on heat so you either get one or the other for $250 a night so either hot or cold no In between so next night I sweat all night then they clean the room but don’t leave toilet paper so I call it takes a hour and half til they bring some smh

A-mazing but not uplifting
Nice place but would definitely like to see more than one set of elevators for such a huge property. We have a stroller with twins and walking all the way across the property multiple times due to parking is very frustrating since the place is built like a maze
