Not very satisfied. Had a room with kitchenette and fireplace booked. Unfortunately, hotel had a water issue that prevented us from getting the kitchenette room. Downgraded to no kitchenette, no fireplace. Cost me an extra $250 in eating out as we could no longer cook our groceries. Also, had to pay $30 for a firepit to replace fireplace we paid for. Hotel said they couldnt do a credit, contact Hotels.com (Expedia). Personally, I want a full refund of a night as the room downgrad cost me more in added expenses than the room was even worth.

It was a wonderful experience staying at best western. Very easy access to Tofino town and the beach was just right by our room. The hotel also had fire pits facing towards the beach which was just awesome. During my stay at the hotel we had bon fire everyday and watched sunset. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The only request I would made is to have hot pool indoors that would have been nice during autumn and winter.

Overall a wonderful resort. Loved our stay. Coffee machine in the restaurant wasn't working well unfortunately. Also, the coffee maker in our room was extremely noisy. Otherwise - perfect!

I loved that everyone has a beach view. The rooms were clean, but definitely need a renovation. The resort was beautiful, but rooms could be renovated. The staff was great. They even let us have a late checkout bc our bus didn't come until later which helped a lot. Its definitely walkable. Well it takes about 45 minutes to get into town, which was feasible for us. Definitely do the u ride app as transit was super unreliable. Oh and the free breakfast really rocked!!

This property was spectacular! The grounds were beautiful and the beach was stunning. The rooms were clean and bright and luxurious! I wish we stayed here for a few more days to really enjoy the area!
